Christophe Vauthier and his team compose a healthy and natural cuisine, made of beautiful seasonal products. At lunchtime during the week, discover the break, including a dish from the wellness menu or the gourmet menu with a gourmet tea or coffee. A la carte, lovers will be delighted to find vegan and cereal dishes. Enjoy the foie gras terrine around the apple, or the Auvergne farmhouse poultry salad, with its parsnip mousseline and small spelt, then the veal grenadin with green pepper sauce, with its granulated potatoes, and small vegetables, or the cod fillet with its garlic cream, and a bunch of spinach, finish with the mango-pineapple cube and its flaky praliné. It is the perfect place to indulge yourself with dishes that are light and refined with its fabulous aerial desserts. Staff at the height of the place.

Read moreFor eighteen years, Philippe and Fernanda's inn has been camped in the village square, located on the borders of the department, on the border of the Nièvre and Saône-et-Loire rivers. Fernanda prepares gourmet dishes full of flavours. At lunchtime, you have the choice between two express packages and the market menu according to your inspiration. To give you an idea of the other menus, taste for example the ballottine of foie gras from Auvergne with blackcurrant pepper accompanied by a peach chutney and rhubarb jelly, then the leg of rabbit confit, with hay juice and potato crushed on the cives or Saint-Léon guinea fowl supreme cooked at low temperature with candied lemon croquet and rocket risotto, to finish with the dessert of the moment. Let the chef surprise you with the eight-course tasting menu from appetizer to dessert. Add to that a wine list of more than 200 references. Occasionally, it offers a theme menu presented as a tasting menu based on a single product. It also designs special menus for the Christmas and New Year holidays, whose dishes can be taken away
