Karine ripens her own goat's cheeses, Saint-Nectaire and others. Beaufort, Comté and Gruyère are magnificent hard cheeses with changing taste notes. On the Bon-Encontre plateau in Cassou, Corinne Taret raises her cows and makes her fresh and matured cheeses in accordance with tradition. Corinne will not hesitate to let you taste her cheeses while describing with passion their elaboration. You will be able to attend the milking.
