Behind its mischievous name, this boutique in the heart of the Chat d'Oc market is underpinned by Baptiste's epicurean passion for good local produce. Count on him to unearth nuggets such as tomme from Ferme bio de Crozefond in Lot-et-Garonne, artisan cheeses from Fromagerie du Col Del Fach in Ariège, and camembert from Champ Secret in Orne. Baptiste makes his own seasonal bries with hazelnuts, prunes or truffles. The cellar offers only organic and natural wines. Now that's wise!
