Christophe Andiné is a sommelier. In 1997, he decided to create his own cellar. Today, it offers more than four hundred references of wines, spirits, champagne and aperitif wines. On Friday evening, he invites those who wish to discover the samples received in the week. On Saturday, he selects a cru to make him discover his clientele. Christophe offers neither grocery products nor crockery, he is a «pure bazaar» and ensures that his cellar is turned to all wine regions in France and the world.

L'ANNEXE DE LABALLE

Wine Cellar Wine House

For eight generations, Château Laballe has been run by the same family. In 2007, Cyril took over the estate with his wife Julie. Since 2011, the Annex of Laballe, located in Capbreton, is a relay between the castle of Parlebosq and the customers. While keeping the "house" spirit, the couple manages to give a new impetus by working on the labeling and bottling. The armagnac is now more initiatory, with small sizes packaged in gift boxes and associated with other flavors in cocktails.

LA CAVE EN GASCOGNE

Wine Cellar Wine House

Did you know that this address was home to the first Armagnathèque in France, also called the Cave à Mimie? Taking with her the name Armagnathèque, which she registered, and her precious bottles, Myriam sold the business to Hubert Moulet. And this is how the Cave en Gascogne was born. But rest assured, you will still find a fine selection of Armagnac, as well as a much wider range of wines from the region, Tursan (of course!), but also champagnes and spirits. French spirits only! Tastings available.
