For Alexandra and Laurent, who spent time in the United States discovering craft breweries, the passion for this beverage was so strong that they decided to set up their own brewery. Here, they'll explain the very special work involved in creating beers with astonishing flavours, from white to brown, from carefully selected products. All malts, cereals and spices are organic. They brew a dozen different beers and limited editions. Forget industrial beers!

After a degree in food processing, Vaal worked for several brewers; a field that was already part of his life since in Alsace, his native region, grandmothers brewed at home. During the tasting, he will explain the work of the brewer, the subtleties of fermentation, the different tastes and his creations (kiwi des Landes, saffron, apricot...). As Vaal and his wife Aurore are sensitive to ecology, they have planted an orchard that produces the fruits used to flavor their next beverages. To discover!

With more than 300 different beers, including a majority of Belgian beers, beer lovers need not worry! As for the neophytes, they can count on the knowledge of the owners.
