A historic beer cellar now run by Amaury d'Herbigny, Cave Célestin offers over 400 exclusively craft beers, both French and international. At the same time, Amaury d'Herbigny presents his own recipes in his own brewery. His Wal, Dix and Hoppy Yuzu (an IPA beer with a hint of Tibetan Yuzu) are a big hit! This superb ^18th-century manor house, with its impressive courtyard, is home to the Caves de Bondues and showcases the treasures it contains. Products selected by wine merchants, confidential addresses, great up-and-coming estates, fine wines and spirits, all have been tasted and appreciated by the owners. The cellars have even been listed by Gault & Millau.

Committed to offering only the very best, Monsieur Jacques sets out himself to meet with artisans and winemakers. He returns with new discoveries and a wealth of anecdotes. He happily recounts them at workshops and tasting evenings organized in the store's superb vaulted cellar. Monsieur Jacques also offers boards and sandwiches for a warm aperitif. This brewery is the very first in the region to have obtained organic certification. An important label for its founder, Mathieu Lepoutre, who uses only organic products in order to control their origin and quality. At the heart of the Ferme du Sens, the artisan brewers of Les Moulins d'Ascq are therefore busy creating organic, artisanal beers full of flavour. In 2015, their triple received a bronze medal at the Concours Agricole. But their whites, blondes and ambers are not to be outdone. Not to mention the IPA.

Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

The story of the Brasserie de Vaucelles is a story of friendship between Benjamin and Alexis. Together, they embarked on a hopping adventure with a fixed idea: to succeed in (re) creating an artisanal abbey beer, made with local products. Installed in an old abbey (precisely), the success seems to be there with beautiful products: the Prima beer (light), a blond abbey beer brewed with only four ingredients or the Triple and its 4 different malts. A nice project to follow closely!

Between the canals and not far from the North Sea, next to the homonymous theater, there is a new microbrewery, whose beers are already (literally) winning laurels at international competitions, and the new emblem of Dunkirk's legendary creativity: the Brasserie des 4 écluses! Here you can visit with Eric François, brewer and master of the place. The passion and love of a job well done transpire from every pore of his skin and the visit ends with the inevitable tasting... in moderation!

Maxime and Romain discovered the delicious local ciders while traveling around Australia.

They decided to reproduce them in Lille, then in France. Their aim? To combine the sparkling, higher-alcohol, lower-sugar side of Anglo-Saxon draught cider with the savoir-faire of French products, to create a "cider à la française". It is divided into two parts: the one where he receives his visitors and the one where he creates beers with character. Sometimes, the border disappears when he organizes brewing workshops, open to all. He sells his best recipes, but also local products cooked with his beers.

Building on its success, Restaurant Félicie extends its fiefdom with its immense and sumptuous "Maison des Bienheureux". Here, you'll find culinary-themed rooms for unforgettable nights, Félicie's delicious dishes, a bar open all day long for atmosphere and gourmet delights, and a well-stocked cellar with several hundred bottles of different wines and spirits. All carefully selected by Agnès, they are presented to you during free tastings every Sunday, and of course available on the discovery-filled menu!

The Waale microbrewery was born of the conversion of Andrzej Burzynski, a former IT specialist who dreamed of creating his own beer, with the support of his family and friends. The result is a magnificent production, whose star recipe is a light, slightly carbonated triple amber called Waale (a reference to Wasquehal, the ale and the "Whale" whale in the logo). Its little sisters (Waale blonde and IPA, Squaal blonde and triple) as well as more ephemeral ranges complete the global offer perfectly adapted to the different seasons of this craft brewery.

The inhabitants of Cassel are not a little proud! Since 2016, they finally have their local beer. And this amber nectar honors its birthplace since it bears the name of Bière du Reuze, the name of the famous giant of the city of course! At the origin of this beautiful project is Anthony Debailleul, a young passionate brewer. But what is this beer from Cassel like?
