At the end of a pretty paved courtyard, this Indian-inspired vegetarian restaurant exudes serenity. The menu is copious and of impeccable quality. You will be seduced! The menu and a la carte vary according to the seasons and the chef's mood: vegetable samossas, vegetable curry or tofu curry, chapatis or dhal. On the sweet side, you will be surprised by the mango crumbles: a treat! In the summer, the tables come out under the arbour. Next to the restaurant, there is a shop selling organic products, massages, yoga classes and a cultural centre.

In the hamlet of Clusane, 5 km west of the center of Iseo, a historic address known by the good forks of the surrounding area. The Bosio family has run this stone cottage on the little port since 1862, and the quality of the restoration is as good as ever. The dining room is full of character, with its wooden counter and copper pans hanging from the walls. This restaurant is one of the great classics of Saló: homemade pasta, a wide choice of meat and fish, and special dishes according to the season. The name says it all: each table is decorated with a rose. Here you can also taste the carpione, the trout from Lake Garda, a very rare fish. The menu changes regularly and the beautiful wine list accompanies the dishes perfectly. As for the service, it is impeccable even if it can sometimes be a little long.
