With its terrace sheltered from the wind, the Ship Inn has more character than other establishments on the island, and the food is quite good. Apart from the services, a cream tea is served all day long, as well as ice creams in the afternoon. Note also that it is possible to travel from Guernsey and back just for dinner, which many people from the neighboring island do. A good indication of the quality of the cuisine. Also note that a special Sunday lunch menu is offered every Sunday. A good typical UK address.
