THE CONSERVATORY

In this very well kept inn, one can taste fish and seafood specialties with a beautiful view of the sunset and the island of Guernsey in the background. But if the return of fishing is in good place on the menu, they are (well) accompanied by local and seasonal products. The menu changes regularly, according to the arrivals and the restaurant also has a very nice wine list. It is really a beautiful address. Proper attire is expected (jeans, shorts, sneakers and flip-flops are not allowed).
