The Biscuiterie de Quinéville in Saint-Vaast, with its pretty store stocked daily, offers not only wonderful cakes, but also a number of local products that we love. Patrice and Anne-Lise are the worthy descendants of three generations of bakers. In this pretty shop, called Maison Marie, the Normandy shortbread has survived the years and made the success of a succulent biscuit. Whether plain, apple-caramel or hazelnut, the shop exhales the flavours of these shortbread alongside meringues, cookies, crunchies, pastries and fine chocolates... The exposed stones of the building make the beauty of its typical facade.

The house is an institution to which people come from all over the Cotentin region. Opened in 1889 by Clovis Gosselin, the art of presenting the most common and the rarest products has been handed down from generation to generation, and the results are there! The stalls of this delicatessen take you on a global journey, selling spices from Jamaica, India... The shop also sells creamery, confectionery, fresh produce, roasted coffees, cellars, perfumes and gifts. It's one of the must-sees on your visit to Saint-Vaast!

Created at the beginning of the 20th century by the Griffon couple, the bakery has been bought by Nathalie and Stéphane Revelle who have taken over the bakery of Le Vast and its specialities which have made it famous! You will be offered many products including the famous specialties cooked in the wood fire: the folded bread also, the waste and especially, the famous brioches! For those who prefer biscuits, your desires will be fulfilled with financiers, almond or hazelnut crisps, shortbread, chocolate chip cookies...

Aux Délices de Laurie is first and foremost a purple front, with golden writings... Here is a chic and charming delicatessen, which enchants the heart of Saint-Pierre. Here, greed is not a bad thing! To succumb to it, Laurie offers you products from our sunny region! You will also find spices, teas, coffees, syrups, oils, vinegars, vanillas, chocolates, cakes... At noon, the place becomes a nice little brasserie with a simple but efficient menu, and in the afternoon, the shop is also a tea room!

This venerable market operates in summer and winter, but it is during the high season that it really comes into its own. Here, the local fruit and vegetable producers come up to Saint-Vaast as one man to offer their wonders, but we will also remember, and especially, the sea products, offered in an enchanting setting. Having a drink on the terrace in summer after shopping is a real must, like a break from time.

The " P'tit Gris des Moulins " is a helicicultural breeding farm created by Florence and Jean-Jacques Lucas. Two breeds of snails are raised on their farm, in an outdoor park, in the middle of the woods, on the heights of the Vallée des Moulins, in Fermanville. The public eager to know everything about snails is also welcome since the farm has the labels "Discovery Farm" and "Educational Farm". Please note that you can be accommodated here.

Founded in 1986 by master pastry chef Alain Mélique, Biscuiterie de Quineville offers traditional products made from local ingredients. The pretty shop front hides a thousand and one marvels renowned beyond the local borders. Here, visitors are invited to stroll through the store to discover all the delicacies of the region. Note that you can also order the delights of the house on the website.

La Verdura, located between Quettehou and Saint-Vaast, has been selling fruit and vegetables for over twenty years, most of them grown just a few kilometres away. Here, the overwhelming majority of produce is certified organic, a guarantee of origin. But that's not all: the shop also sells cookies, coffee, tea, spirits, cold meats, compotes, soups, honey and seafood. Finally, an efficient home delivery service is available: don't hesitate to make use of it.

Chinquante: no, there's no extra letter in this name, it's just the way of saying (and writing) the number of the Manche department in local dialect! And that's not all, because Chinquante is also the name of an incredible variety of beers, developed and produced in Saint-Vaast! Launched by a group of young enthusiasts, the business not only offers pale and amber beers, but also a number of original creations, some of which are made in secret. The latter won awards at the last Salon de l'Agriculture!
