Thierry Luet has fortunately taken over from the Roux family at the Halle gourmande Saint-Pierre. He offers on his stall high quality fish and shellfish, 95% of which come from French fisheries, as well as homemade delicatessen products made from fresh products, of course! Thierry will prepare seafood platters to order.
