It had been more than a year since there was a real fish market in downtown Clermont-Ferrand, apart from supermarkets. Thierry Luet has fortunately taken over from the Roux family at the Halle gourmande Saint-Pierre. He offers on his stall high quality fish and shellfish, 95% of which come from French fisheries, as well as homemade delicatessen products made from fresh products, of course! Thierry will prepare seafood platters to order.

Je trouve les produits trop onereux ..... domage car l'emplacement est sympa ....peu etre aussi. Les entrée du marché sont pas assez mis en valeur ...... couleur terne .. il faudrait plus de couleur chaleureuse qui donne envi de rentré à l'interieur ...
