The house also rents beer taps. L'Empire du Malt is a wholesaler with more than 500 references of French and international beers, 40 references of kegs, and is a partner of the Grizzly microbrewery and the Le Brew pub, neighbors of the Brézet store. Other stores and bars are located in Gerzat and Mozac: a real empire!

Since 2016, his recipes have seduced Clermont-Ferranders but not only! In 2018, Golden Bridge won the award for best IPA and was voted "revelation" beer in the France Beer Challenge competition! Grizzly is an entire concept, developed with Empire du Malt, where cans can be purchased. The microbrewery is accompanied by a pub, Le Brew, where you can taste Grizzly beers.

Read moreGaëtan Bouyer, from Clermont-Ferrand's Salvation Jane pub, and Guillaume Aucouturier have opened their brew pub in the place of a famous restaurant. The vaulted hall houses the bar and restaurant area, where you can enjoy their different beers. Upstairs, their microbrewery, where recipes and beers come to life. The choice is wide: a dozen draught beers should be on offer. You're bound to like one of them! A menu of flammekueche, hot dogs, burgers and truffles, of course, accompanies the beers.
