Eric Martin took over the family estate in 2008. His olive grove extends over a dozen hectares where 4,000 olive trees of three main varieties are planted: aglandau, bouteillan and picholine. It is in an old silkworm nursery that he blends and produces an extra virgin olive oil with a green fruity flavour called Cuvée Sauvage, which can be found on the tables of great chefs. It has been ranked among the 500 best olive oils in the world by the prestigious international guide by Marco Oreggia. Sale on site and online.

The Union des vignerons des coteaux de l'Ardèche, known under the brand name Vignerons Ardéchois, groups together 1,500 winegrowers at 14 wineries, covering a total of 7,500 ha. A wide range of grape varieties flourish on this varied terroir, giving Vignerons Ardéchois wines their richness and distinctive character. The cellar adjoins Néovinum, a museum space dedicated to this terroir and the work of the men who make it flourish. On the second Sunday in August, there's the much-anticipated Fête des Vignerons. " We have a green thumb in the family ". It is undoubtedly thanks to this predisposition that Jean-Noël Berneau, a teacher by trade, has planted 20 hectares of olive trees on the steep lands of his Ardèche estate without any problem. About thirty varieties are thus present, forming a veritable conservatory of Ardèche varieties. Only about fifteen varieties are dedicated to the production of single variety oils. The estate is now in organic farming.

The Dupré family welcomes you to their magnificent estate in the heart of the Ibie valley, with its 60 ha of vines! There's no soulless cellar here, just the authentic atmosphere of the workplace. On sale at the estate: the Cuvée Romain Côtes-du-Vivarais AOP red, matured in barrels, or a delightful IGP des Coteaux de l'Ardèche, not forgetting the Cuvée Mathilde, seven whites, one of which is mellow, and three rosés. The estate is making the transition to 100% organic! Once a month from June to August, enjoy "vinoelectro" evenings featuring foodtruck, wine and electro music!

This cellar offers wines from the Ardèche winegrowers of the protected appellations of origin Côtes-du-rhône and Côtes-du-vivarais as well as organic wines. The Vignerons des Gorges are particularly dynamic and committed to wine tourism. They are grouped together in producers' stores, some of them also offer their olive oils, mark out winegrowers' paths and program walks in the vineyards as part of a dynamic wine tourism.

This former estate, taken over in 2017 by Benjamin Levère and Cyril Chamontin, will delight epicureans. Since March 2024, the entire estate has gone organic, and we continue to grow the grape varieties typical of the region: syrah, serine, merlot, grenache, cabernet-sauvignon, viognier and chardonnay. Cinsault, in a rosé blend, is particularly appreciated during the hot summers of southern Ardèche! In high season, tastings are available at the cellar every day.

It is a pretty organic farm, in the heart of the Salavas plain. But before this land became a farm, it took a few months of hard work! The wasteland had been abandoned for more than 15 years, overgrown with brambles. In the spring of 2010, beautiful plots of land finally took shape: 4.5 hectares are dedicated to market gardening with 3,000 m² of greenhouses and a 7,000 m² orchard with 300 fruit trees. In addition, there is a henhouse with 350 laying hens which enlivens the farm. Christophe and Carole Avignon manage all this with happiness.

From the store you can see the artisanal workshop where the delicious cookies of the Châtaignettes are concocted, a house founded in 2000 which values the chestnut flour of Ardèche. You have on the shelves the boguettes filled with chestnut cream or blueberry jam, but also madeleines, cookies, macaroons and even aperitif cookies always made with chestnut flour. Laura, a nougat chef, and Loïc, a beekeeper, have combined their knowledge and passion for making and marketing honey, nougat, confectionery and other original products at the Nougaterie du Pont-d'Arc. Together, they took over this store in 2019, which is now their workshop-boutique. Loïc's beehives, located in the Sud-Ardèche region, are one of the many regional products used to make their products. The establishment has also been awarded the "Goûter l'Ardèche" label, which promotes quality local products.
