His ambition is to enlighten us about good beers by taking us on a journey. Arcane, the 6-degree blonde, is an abbey-style Belgian beer. Shangri La, the white with its hint of ginger, provides the freshness we're looking for. The brunette adds a hint of cocoa. Located 10 minutes from Dijon, the brewery has a production capacity of 150 to 300 hl per year.

In 2024, 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. Read moreIn this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.
