About sixty references from Burgundy and elsewhere, and wines from domains only. Hadika Simon, the store's manager, pampers her customers as much as the winegrowers she defends. In order to better support and promote the domains of her selection, Hadika organizes two monthly tastings in the presence of wine producers. This is a unique opportunity for each of them to come and comment and detail their cultivation and oenological methods as well as the specificities of the terroir they cherish so much. Each tasting is accompanied by a food and wine pairing concocted by Adelaide, the private chef of La Source des Vins. A good moment of sharing and conviviality.

La Cervoiserie is a franchise, but also the temple of enthusiasts of this sparkling drink made in an artisanal way everywhere in the world. We all remember the hot beer served in the Asterix comics. Indeed, this drink is the object of discoveries when one crosses the door of La Cervoiserie and of reunions when one consumes it between friends connoisseurs. Since 2009, As du Vin has been providing all wine and spirits neophytes or enthusiasts with a home to welcome them. Their key word? Conviviality. The 2 Aces, François-Xavier and Nicolas, have more than 700 references of wines, crémants, champagnes, whiskies and beers in their independent store. In addition to a large choice of Burgundy wines, they also have bottles from a good selection of French domains (Loire, South-West...). Very much in tune with the times, As du Vin offers mainly organic and biodynamic wines.

The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

In recent years, beer has conquered its letters of nobility. She is brewed with love and passion, as is processed the grapes we make wine. Each beer has its character, colour, power, flavour… To find it, the boss of the Beer Counter, a passionate enthusiast, is reluctant to offer you his help. He knows all his vintages and knows what will match you. Fortunately, because the choice is wide. !, Brunes, white, amber, special… From the Cuvée Trolls to Maredsous, the Cochon, the Cochon, the Burgundy, the Flandres, the Namur, the Petrus, the Straight… the choice is quite simply staggering. Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. Indeed, the Mandubienne and the Téméraire, craft beers and 100% natural, are now known throughout Burgundy. Better still, the Mandubienne is 100% Côte d'Or! Two steps from the Place Wilson and opposite the Casino supermarket, this pretty store hides a few treasures among the more than 1,000 references presented. A store on a human scale that has chosen a very well targeted range of wines at reasonable prices. Burgundy wines of course, but also a large place reserved for other regions of France and foreign wines. Marc's wine shop also offers champagnes and spirits and, for some years now, caviar all year round! Thanks to ultra-perfected machines, 16 wines are available for free tasting. The grand hotel La Cloche MGallery opens the doors of its boutique entirely dedicated to wine, with Charles-Antoine Musitelli as master on board. 20 by La Cloche offers its visitors a selection of great wines, often from Burgundy. You will be able to exchange ideas in front of the wall of the region's wines, enjoy a cosy "entre-soi" for wine lovers or meet winegrowers. Nicolas Poirier, who holds a master's degree in fermentation processes for the food industry, set up his own brewery after several years' experience in regional breweries. His ambition is to enlighten us about good beers by taking us on a journey. Arcane, the 6-degree blonde, is an abbey-style Belgian beer. Shangri La, the white beer with its hint of ginger, provides all the freshness you could wish for. Brune, a British porter at 6°, adds a hint of cocoa. Located 10 minutes from Dijon, the brewery has a production capacity of 150 to 300 hl per year.

The temple of oenophiles. Ludovic Flexas has set up his shop in an old, typically Burgundian house where you will find old vintages from all the French wine-growing regions: great Burgundies, Bordeaux, Jura and Loire wines. He selects them himself. The shop also has a good choice of recent vintages of wines from owners and a nice selection of brandies, cognacs, gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums... Installed since 2016, a stone's throw from Place Émile Zola, this beautiful boutique is run by Iliriana Michelet and Eric Dard, two owner-growers and merchants. In this modern and airy den, Burgundy wines are perfectly honored through estates whose reputation is well established. In the midst of more than 200 references from 40 winegrowers, you will discover great names such as: Vosne Romanée, Chambolle Musigny, Corton grand cru "les Renardes" Chablis grand cru "Les Preuses", Pommard, Volnay, among others. The objective of these enthusiasts is to make you discover wines that are well known or that deserve to be known. So let them guide you through a tasting session. The 18th century cellar located not far from the shop allows you to treat yourself to a moment of gourmet and pure epicureanism, for tastings accompanied, if you wish, by a few regional agape wines.

B as Burgundy works with the greedy products shop bourgogne "Pleasures of France", located just opposite. A few metres from the Place du Bareuzai, B as Bourgogne offers you many products related to the art of regional living. The hotel's storefront is chic and sober and a beautiful logo in showcase recalls the speciality of the house: wine! Many names are represented and the team will be happy to help you make your choice. In the shop, you can also find souvernirs, cups whose graphics evoke Burgundy, marble magnets linked to viticulture, dessous and all kinds of products related to wine (glasses, glasses of glasses, bouchons tire, air pumps, etc.). Beautiful canvas bags that pay tribute to mustard are also available, as well as the delicious liqueurs from the Dijonnaise house Edmond Briottet. Run by the passionate winegrower Marc Soyard, the Domaine de la Cras has belonged to the Grand Dijon since 2013. The 160 ha estate is located on the plateau between Dijon, Plombières and Corcelles-Les-Monts. The estate has 8 ha of vines planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Each year, the Grand Dijon obtains no less than 2,000 bottles from the estate. The long-term goal is to obtain the Côte de Dijon appellation. Open to visits by appointment, you will be warmly welcomed in a natural environment with a breathtaking view.

La Kanopée is a microbrewery born from the passion of Thierry Kniebiher. The bar-terrace area adjacent to the brewery allows visitors to taste the beers on site. In 2024, 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. In addition to this permanent collection of quality beers, Thierry creates new recipes according to the season or his inspiration of the moment. You'll find an incredible Cacao-Griottes Stout, an organic blackcurrant beer from Burgundy or even the unmissable Christmas beer!

This fun wine of exception, whose owners are not other than Arnaud Clément and Michaël Llodra (yes yes tennis players!), is the place of appointment of the lovers of grand crus. The cellar has what to make turn the heads: more than 1,000 wine references proposed by the sommelier, François Orisé, old collaborator of Joël Robuchon. Besides Dr. Wine places at your disposal an unceasingly updated catalogue which enumerates the years by age (of 1967 to 2012) but also by estates. In this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.
