La Cervoiserie is a franchise, but also the temple of enthusiasts of this sparkling drink made in an artisanal way everywhere in the world. We all remember the hot beer served in the Asterix comics. The Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 properties of the Halley family with the Marché aux Vins and the Château de Meursault. It has 40 ha of vineyards, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200 000 bottles are produced per year, among them some famous jewels of the vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air, or Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux.

Since 2009, As du Vin has been providing all wine and spirits neophytes or enthusiasts with a home to welcome them. Their key word? Conviviality. The 2 Aces, François-Xavier and Nicolas, have more than 700 references of wines, crémants, champagnes, whiskies and beers in their independent store. In addition to a large choice of Burgundy wines, they also have bottles from a good selection of French domains (Loire, South-West...). Very much in tune with the times, As du Vin offers mainly organic and biodynamic wines.

In front of the restaurant, the Dame cellars welcome you for a pleasant tasting experience. Each Wednesday and every Friday, from June to September, offer a tasting-discovery to discover Burgundy wines. A board of local products will accompany this moment of pleasure. It has been 10 years since Claire and her brother Vincent took over the reins of this Dijon-based institution, famous for its Crème de Cassis 100% Noir de Bourgogne, top-of-the-range liqueurs and digestifs. A deserved success and a notoriety that transcends borders. If bartenders from all over the world are tearing up the 64 liqueurs of the family house, it's because their cocktails are only better! The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

Ludovic Flexas has set up his shop in an old, typically Burgundian house where you will find old vintages from all the French wine-growing regions: great Burgundies, Bordeaux, Jura and Loire wines. He selects them himself. The shop also has a good choice of recent vintages of wines from owners and a nice selection of brandies, cognacs, gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums... In recent years, beer has conquered its letters of nobility. She is brewed with love and passion, as is processed the grapes we make wine. Each beer has its character, colour, power, flavour… To find it, the boss of the Beer Counter, a passionate enthusiast, is reluctant to offer you his help. He knows all his vintages and knows what will match you. Fortunately, because the choice is wide. !, Brunes, white, amber, special… From the Cuvée Trolls to Maredsous, the Cochon, the Cochon, the Burgundy, the Flandres, the Namur, the Petrus, the Straight… the choice is quite simply staggering. Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. In this modern and airy den, Burgundy wines are perfectly honored through estates whose reputation is well established. In the midst of more than 200 references from 40 winegrowers, you will discover great names such as: Vosne Romanée, Chambolle Musigny, Corton grand cru "les Renardes" Chablis grand cru "Les Preuses", Pommard, Volnay, among others. The objective of these enthusiasts is to make you discover wines that are well known or that deserve to be known. So let them guide you through a tasting session. The 18th century cellar located not far from the shop allows you to treat yourself to a moment of gourmet and pure epicureanism, for tastings accompanied, if you wish, by a few regional agape wines.

Two steps from the Place Wilson and opposite the Casino supermarket, this pretty store hides a few treasures among the more than 1,000 references presented. A store on a human scale that has chosen a very well targeted range of wines at reasonable prices. Burgundy wines of course, but also a large place reserved for other regions of France and foreign wines. Throughout the seasons, trade shows and meetings, the two enthusiasts will offer you some of their favourites to share with your friends. Pretty promotions come to decorate the whole as well as animations (tasting, aperitifs, wine fair, meetings...) regularly organized in the shop.
