Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.
