The company, founded by the Rolland family, began in 1998 with the artisanal production of génépi liqueur, then expanded over the years to create other plant- and fruit-based liqueurs. On-site, the Les Clarines store sells the spirits produced by the liqueur factory, as well as artisanal products from the Pays de Savoie region, such as jams, charcuterie, cheeses and honeys.

With a name so emblematic of the region, this convenience store smells local. It is located on the main road. It offers many cheeses, local cold cuts, local alcohols such as genépi and wines. In the catering department, you will have the choice between Savoyard dishes (tartiflette, diots with white wine, polenta, cakes...), preparations for your fondues and raclettes with the loan of the material, as well as roasted chickens and other good things. They can also prepare a basket for your return. Welcome, advice and kindness that make you want to buy everything.

The Fromagerie de Bonneval-sur-Arc is located near the church and below the museum. Its flagship cheese is the famous "Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc". The emphasis is on short distribution channels, with local produce the mainstay. To round off your shopping basket, the cheese dairy offers a variety of products such as yoghurts, wine, honey, génépi, cookies and various charcuterie, covering a fine range of local products.

For over 60 years, the Haute Maurienne Vanoise dairy cooperative has been firmly established in Lanslebourg. Every day, it collects and processes milk from 40 local farms to produce two regional treasures: Beaufort PDO and the famous Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc. If you're a gourmet enthusiast, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to tantalizing your taste buds with our varied and diverse range of products. You can also create your own gourmet basket!

When you are in the mountains, in summer and winter, you quickly have an irresistible desire for local products. The Fromagerie de Plagne Centre is located in the Galerie commerciale and offers a wide range of regional products, from salting, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends or family, to cheeses in the bowl, which are at the heart of all the recipes of mountain cuisine, wines and liqueurs to be tasted with delight and moderation... A stay in the mountains would not be complete without some shopping of this kind.

Pastry, chocolate, bakery, caterer, Maison Chevallot has been present in Val d'Isère since 1965. Whether for breakfast, lunch or brunch, you're sure to find what you're looking for in the wide choice on offer: beaufort or curry rolls (ideal for a hike snack), "Ancolie" cake (financial pastry, hazelnuts and raspberries), éclairs in multiple versions, red fruit, walnut and caramel tarts, or blueberry tarts... To be enjoyed on the terrace or to take away, the most important thing is to enjoy yourself!

Since its creation in 1954, the Cooperative has been tasked with transforming over 5 million liters of milk into Beaufort cheese every year, which translates into the production of 11,000 wheels annually. The 40 affiliated farms are committed to supplying milk that complies with a quality charter, using milk from cows of the local Tarine and Abondance breeds. Production is then distributed through the 8 stores in the area.

In this delicatessen store on the corner of the main street of Val-Cenis (right next to the cheese factory), regional products are king. You will find here a selection of small local producers represented on the stalls. The whole offers a palette of choices in terms of artisanal salted meats (sausages, ham nuts...), local wines, PDO cheeses such as the unavoidable Beaufort, honeys and super artisanal jams! Everything you need to prepare a raclette, fondue and other reblochonnade on reservation. Gourmet address at the top!

La Fromagerie is firmly established in Lanslebourg, collecting milk every day to make the famous Beaufort PDO and Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc cheeses. This cooperative now brings together farmers from the villages of Aussois, Bramans, Sollières-Sardières, Termignon, Lanslevillard, Bessans and Bonneval-sur-Arc. Each year, it processes 5 million liters of raw milk, 90% of which is used to make Beaufort and 10% for Bleu de Bonneval.

The Moûtiers dairy cooperative invites itself to the resort to discover its famous Beaufort PDO and many other cheeses and local products.

The cheese factory is the place to stop and do your shopping before going back down to the valley. We appreciate the direct sale of cheeses made by local producers: Beaufort AOP, Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc, butter and raw milk... On order, you can have a fondue or a raclette prepared, with the loan of the equipment if needed. The good plan: the possibility to visit the cheese making workshops in Val Cenis-Lanslebourg.

Cédric, Julien and Sébastien. three friends from Aussois, mountain dwellers before they were brewers, decided to create their own beer with the flavors of Aussois. Since 2016, Brasserie d'Oé has been producing an organic, unfiltered beer in blond, amber and brown versions... Production remains confidential, but it's well worth a look. Mountain Stout (black beer), Golden Ale (blonde), Brown Ale (dark beer), Américan Amber Ale (amber): why not simply pay a visit to these three friendly brewers in their brewery in the heart of the village?

L'Écurie de Panino is a cheese dairy where you can buy directly the cheeses produced on the farm and in the mountain pastures in an artisanal way. Beaufort made on the mountain pastures, tomme, raclette, yoghurts and fromage blanc... All made using only milk from the farm's fifty or so dairy cows. Between respect for tradition and modernity, the passion is there, and buying direct from the producers is a delight in terms of exchange and product quality. And it's also a way of supporting a committed farming approach.

Chèvrerie Louise Anselmet is an enchanting place for cheese and nature lovers. This family-run goat farm is dedicated to raising goats and producing traditional goat cheeses that couldn't be tastier, using ancestral methods. In addition to tours, where you can see the goats and young kids in winter, we offer tastings, allowing visitors to sample a variety of products made on site.

The Laitière Dairy Cooperative is exported into the mountains by proposing its products manufactured and refined in Moûtiers. It transforms milk from 65 dairy farms that represent 750 tonnes of Beaufort. Between 30 and 80 grinding are produced per day following the season and lactation of cows. You will find at the shop, Beaufort, reblochon, tommes, Savoy cheeses, gourmet products, wine…

The Cooperative's famous cheeses are the fruit of ancestral know-how, steeped in mountain traditions, giving them exceptional quality and undisputed popularity on local markets. Their varied assortment, including the famous Beaufort, is enhanced by the authentic flavors of regional products. Each tasting is a true celebration of the rich local heritage, passionately embracing the delights of their mountains.

The Fromagerie du Plan is located at the entrance of the village in Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Samantha and Pierrick are farmers and offer their products for direct sale. Moreover, some of the products made in the Prioux mountain pasture in summer are found on this stall. Beaufort d'alpage, raclette, yoghurts, tomme... To complete the picture, they also selected other farm products. The products smell of authenticity and know-how.

Maison Rullier is dedicated to the creation of delicacies made by scrupulously following traditional recipes inherited from the past. The owners take great care in selecting each ingredient to ensure that it is perfectly suited to the preparation of traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation. Artisan creations include a variety of delicacies such as terrines, crozets, jams, caramels, cured meats and charcuterie of exceptional quality.
