Read moreSince its creation in 1954, the Cooperative has been tasked with transforming over 5 million liters of milk into Beaufort cheese every year, which translates into the production of 11,000 wheels annually. The 40 affiliated farms are committed to supplying milk that complies with a quality charter, using milk from cows of the local Tarine and Abondance breeds. Production is then distributed through the 8 stores in the area.

You will find here a selection of small local producers represented on the stalls.
