We appreciate the direct sale of cheeses made by local producers: Beaufort AOP, Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc, butter and raw milk... On order, you can have a fondue or a raclette prepared, with the loan of the equipment if needed. The good plan: the possibility to visit the cheese making workshops in Val Cenis-Lanslebourg.
