Putting yourself in the green, walking in a peaceful setting while doing sports: that's what golf is all about. In the middle of the vineyards, the Beaujolais golf course is an 18-hole course of 6 100^m2 located in Lucenay. The course is accessible to everyone, despite some rather technical parts. There is a covered driving range and a grass practice area, as well as a 5-hole "compact" course. For beginners, a discovery formula allows a first approach of this sport on a magnificent course. A comfortable club-house is also available with its restaurant Le Trou en Un.

It is the aquatic centre of Mâconnais Beaujolais Agglomération (MBA). This pole attracts numerous holiday-makers with its seven pools and it offers many activities: aquabike, aqua-baby, aquagym, etc. Some 10,000 m² lawn and 3,000 m² of open-air  beaches allow you to play or enjoy the sun. A sports field and a teenagers trail complete all this modern and functional equipment. Furthermore, there is a wellness area with spa.

Lovers of aquatic leisure activities, you will be served! This water sports centre offers all kinds of activities: slides, aquagliss for relaxation and games, but also more classic swimming with a fitness club, not forgetting relaxation with a whirlpool bath, relaxation garden and solar amphitheatre. From the end of September to the end of May, you can practice aqua gym or aquafitness at no extra cost. Play areas for the little ones. The Nautile Café offers several formulas to be enjoyed in street clothes or in a swimsuit!

In a vast covered building of 4,500^m2, each quarter you will discover a different track, always secured by the presence of real professionals and the latest generation of protective barriers. This means that you can really enjoy yourself at the wheel of the little 270cc 4-stroke cars. While it turns on the circuit, we launch other challenges with "Icombat" in laser game mode or the Archery Tag to shoot each other with bows and arrows. Built in a gravel pit in the Saône, this ten-hectare lake is bordered by lawns and a sandy beach for sunbathing and family fun. During the summer season, from 10am to 7pm, you can swim under the supervision of qualified lifeguards. A snack bar serves snacks and fast food to get your strength back between two swims or activities. A fitness trail and beach volleyball courts provide variety. Fishing is also possible. Since 1994, Mâcon Centre de Gros Pêche has developed tourism in Val de Saône through fishing, exploiting in particular the richness of the Saône: the wells, which was introduced in the 1970 s. This association offers wells fishing trips over the Saône with a professional guide from mid-May to mid-October. Take a boat ride from Mâcon Marina. On a fully equipped boat, you discover the different fishing techniques with a specialist and the best corners of this river, which became mythical thanks to its record silures. Record to beat: Guy Brocade, a fishing guide for Mâcon Centre de Pêche au Gros, which pêcha in 1996 a wells of 2,30 meters for 73 kg! Note: the centre's attendant suspended his activity temporarily in 2014.

The origin of the federation of Saône-et-Loire for fishing and protection of the aquatic environment dates back to 1942. To date, it comprises 72 AAPPMA, representing 37 000 fishermen, as well as the departmental association of amateur fishermen with gear and nets on public domain waters. It is a very dynamic fénédation with a magnificent seat in the glass architecture, which carries out numerous river works to optimize fish resources. With over 4 500 kilometres of rivers and canals, 1500 hectares of water, the Saône-et-Loire is one of the cradles of fishing in France. With a rich and diversified fish potential, the department offers multiple fishing opportunities.

Since 2020, during the summer months, the town of Mâcon and its tourist office have taken up the challenge of transforming the banks of the Saône into a water sports center. On the vast esplanade Lamartine, the Mâcon sur l'Ô operation offers rentals of pedalos, paddles and other watercraft. For the less sporty, a touring boat is available to tame the Saône. Rosalies, pedal go-karts and bicycles can also be rented for strolling along the banks. You're all set for a busy day discovering the city in a whole new way!

This beautiful 70-hectare lake is a former gravel pit - swimming is prohibited outside the supervised area - where all kinds of water sports are offered: sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, rowing, supervised swimming from the beginning of June to the end of August. Note the only aquapark in the Beaujolais region with a fun course to test your agility on inflatable structures. Mountain biking or hiking on marked trails. The site is accessible by the Anse tourist railway.

Need to cool down? Want to relax and have fun with your family? Installed on the Colombier lake in Anse, the Aquapark Beluga is also served by the Chemin de Fer Touristique d'Anse. Set on the water, an incredible aquatic playground of 900^m2. Slides, catapults, floating bridges to cross without falling in the water... The water in the Lac des Sapins biological bath, perfectly integrated into its environment, is totally pure thanks to a plant biofiltration system. An 8,000^m2 bathing area, bordered by a 16,000^m2 grassy beach, where everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the maximum 2,500 daily visitors. The Beaujolais Vert region is an ideal starting point for nature trails. 4 departures from Tarare, with routes graded in red and blue difficulty. For beginners, it's all relative, but there's a great trail - which can also be hiked - to the Col des Sauvages and Notre-Dame de la Roche via Mont Chevrier.
