The university dared to do it! It's already been 20 years since the idea of producing a beer was first mooted at the Université Rochelle microbrewery. The project not only gave students an insight into the importance of biochemistry in beer production, but also trained them in the brewing trade. The products themselves have never ceased to seduce consumers. In fact, they have won numerous awards. You'll find these beers in places such as La Cervoiserie, well known to all fans of this famous beverage.

Located in a small downtown street, this stall is dedicated to beers. But not just any beers: only those from French craft breweries. As you enter, you'll meet Cloé, a passionate brewer who will guide you with a smile through this colorful world. The bottles - over 450 references - come from all over France, even from Charente-Maritime. Amber, blond, fruity... you'll even find ephemeral beers!
