The university dared to do it! It's already been 20 years since the idea of producing a beer was first mooted at the Université Rochelle microbrewery. The project not only gave students an insight into the importance of biochemistry in beer production, but also trained them in the brewing trade. The products themselves have never ceased to seduce consumers. In fact, they have won numerous awards.
