An ecological discovery trail lets you discover (with or without a guide) a wetland area rich in flora and fauna specific to the banks of the Germaine. The trail is located in the Marais de Groléjac regional nature reserve. Upstream of the lake, the reserve boasts a remarkable biological heritage. In any season, the ballet of birds is fascinating. In summer, the lake is reserved for swimming, but it is possible to hire a boat.

Along the water's edge, with canoe and kayak trips ranging from 10 to 22 km, or two- to six-day bus tours, you'll discover the most beautiful sites in Périgord Noir: the Château de Montfort overlooking the Dordogne, the Cingle de Montfort, the remarkable town of Domme, the clifftop Roque Gageac, the Château de Castelnaud and its enemy, the Château de Beynac. You'll pass bridges and rapids. Longer hikes will take you as far as Corrèze (Beaulieu and Argentat).
