Mahatsa is a wine and beer cellar dedicated to epicureans of taste. Our committed wine merchant offers a wide range of wines from France and beyond! With over 300 references in organic, biodynamic and natural wines, spirits and bubbles from small regional producers, Adrien, a Basque-Burgundian vintner and defender of taste and a job well done, offers us... Mahatsa is also a meeting place, with exhibitions by painters and a monthly oenology "school" over a plate of food.

You'll find classic wines and a range of organic wines from all regions of France (including local ones), as well as carefully selected champagnes and spirits to suit all budgets. David, a globetrotter during his hectic professional career, has returned to his original passion: the world of wines and spirits. He has taken up the torch of the cellar in Hasparren, a historic place for gourmets, bringing his generosity and know-how to bear. You'll find a subtle selection of "coup de coeur" wines, beers, champagnes, exceptional spirits and, to complete the introduction to taste, an Aizkorri-stamped delicatessen of land and sea products associated with the province of Guipuzcoa.

The employees of the many businesses around this new winery are delighted with the proximity, diversity and choice, with exceptional value for money. Over 600 references, including wines from here and abroad (and even from far away!), spirits and beers, including the Duprat house beer, which works directly with the brewers.
