BRASSERIE DES 2 CAPS
Read moreAn interesting visit for lovers of good beers. Let us get back to the ground, crafts, barley, and leave for a moment the industrial and austere era. In the heart of the Deux-Caps site, the Noyon couple perpetuates, since 2003, the tradition and introduces you to the production of beer, from barley cultivation to bottling. Next to them, you will visit the estate then enjoy some pearls of the house: The 2 Caps, Blanche de Wissant, Noire de Slack and valuable Belle Dalle, brewed exclusively with maritime barley. The sale of the products is done on site but also on line. For tasting and end of the year gifts, the address is friendly and original.
BRASSERIE DES 4 ECLUSES
Read moreBetween the canals and not far from the North Sea, next to the homonymous theater, there is a new microbrewery, whose beers are already (literally) winning laurels at international competitions, and the new emblem of Dunkirk's legendary creativity: the Brasserie des 4 écluses! Here you can visit with Eric François, brewer and master of the place. The passion and love of a job well done transpire from every pore of his skin and the visit ends with the inevitable tasting... in moderation!
BRASSERIE DES DUNES DE FLANDRE
Read moreHere, golden blondes, amber, brown and special limited edition beers are produced all year round. Michel Dequidt and his wife welcome you in a tastefully refurbished hangar. It is divided into two parts: the one where he receives his visitors and the one where he creates beers with character. Sometimes, the border disappears when he organizes brewing workshops, open to all. He sells his best recipes, but also local products cooked with his beers.
BRASSERIE NOYON
Read moreThe Noyon Brewery of the 2 Capes is located between the Capes Blanc-Nez and Gris-Nez. In 2003, Christophe Noyon, an agricultural engineer, started the adventure within the family property of Tardinghen, the farm of Belle Dalle. The brewery has found its place in the old stables, while the store is housed in the old stable. The beers are mainly produced with the barley harvested on the domain. During your visit, you will be able to taste the whole range. New : the Warcove whisky, made in Côte d'Opale.
