You can't miss this yellow brick farm well-known of the inhabitants of maritime Flanders. It's quite well indicated in addition! At the Ferme de Grommendyck, pigs are fed with cereals, allowing it to offer the sale of traditional pork charcuterie and pork meat with authentic and good taste without colouring or preservatives! At the shop, you can find pork meat (ham, sausages, sausages), charcuterie (pâté, sausages, blood sausage…) and preserved pâtés and sautéed meats. To offer or to enjoy, the Ferme du Grommendyck also offers packages to taste a selection of their products. Other shops also offer the products of the house: Au Panier Flamand in Hazebrouck, and Talents de Ferme in Wambrechies. It is also possible to find them on the markets of Bourburg (Tuesday morning), Textingughem (Tuesday afternoon), Dunkirk (Wednesday and Saturday morning) and Gravelines (Friday morning). Note that the Ferme du Grommendyck offers guest rooms and houses, to spend a peaceful moment in the heart of the countryside and is labelled Bienvenue à la ferme.

Here, golden blondes, amber, brown and special limited edition beers are produced all year round. Michel Dequidt and his wife welcome you in a tastefully refurbished hangar. It is divided into two parts: the one where he receives his visitors and the one where he creates beers with character. Sometimes, the border disappears when he organizes brewing workshops, open to all. He sells his best recipes, but also local products cooked with his beers.
