"Organic, white and red" is the motto, and we almost feel like adding "rosé"! A small, colourful cellar in the town centre run by Simon Delpérié, a young enthusiast. The emphasis is on the wonderful wines of the neighbouring Languedoc region, produced by organic farmers. Of course, you can also find all the Gallic terroirs. The ideal is to let yourself be tempted by a tasting on the barrels placed on the pavement of the street. The shop has moved a few dozen meters to more spacious premises, but still in the rue du Greffe.

Lacrima Vini Rive gauche, in the lively Saint-Cyprien district. Although their primary activity remains that of wine merchant, their knowledge of wines and sharing the pleasure of tasting have led them to specialize in oenology evenings. Once or twice a week, an appointment is made between 8pm and 10:30pm around a theme (Rhums, Bordeaux wines, wine and food pairings...) and cheese and charcuterie boards to soak up the alcoholic fumes! Wines and spirits will no longer hold any gustatory secrets for you, but the magic of alchemy will!

The initials BC stand for Bertrand Cayrel, a local boy who became a wine merchant in the 2000s, and is now one of the best ambassadors for Gascony wines. For it is the finest estates in the Gers that are honored here, in Côtes-de-gascogne, madiran, pacherenc du vic-bilh... not forgetting the armagnacs. Bertrand Cayrel, a true enthusiast, has established solid links with the producers he represents. He makes a point of selling these carefully selected wines at estate prices. Christian Termote, passionate about oenology and wine merchant since 1992, does not offer just any wine. He carefully selects vintages produced by independent winegrowers. Above all, he looks for identity, character, originality and wines that have a story to tell. Through his wide range of wines, he shares his expertise, particularly in food and wine pairing. The 500 very Southwestern-oriented references are alongside some 40 Armagnacs, 15 whiskies and rums. Free tasting one Saturday per month.

Romain will welcome you in this warm cellar and will impress you with his technical knowledge and his tasting skills. He offers a nice selection of wines from the region (Chiroulet, Pellehaut, Côte d'Heux, Uby...) and will be able to explain to you all the subtleties of the Côtes-de-Gascogne, some of which really deserve to be discovered. Out-of-age Armagnacs, "folle blanche", vintage champagnes, exceptional spirits and a thorough exploration of the Languedoc region always allow to find an interesting bottle.

Since February 2007, at 1D rue Voltaire in Montauban, this cellar is located. At that time, it was called Intercaves.

Julien Lemaire, after 8 years of partnership with this network, decided to become independent and continues the experience under the name of La Cave " L " since August 2014. More than 450 references of wines and grands crus, champagnes, beers and loan of beer taps, and also specialist in whiskies with more than 150 references, rums and spirits. Julien also advises you on food and wine pairings. Let's not forget the tastings and animations on site.
