Duck breeder for 3 generations, the Arnabar estate cultivates a know-how that combines traditional breeding and original recipes. The ducks come from the Irissarry farm and the products are processed in its workshop in Ossès. These products are available for sale in the shop in Ossès, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and at the halles d'Anglet as well as on the markets. In this superb shop, you will discover a large wooden bar where the fresh products of the house are hidden under a bell. The shop is also a showcase for artisanal products.
