CHOCOLATS "LES SUPRÊMES"

Chocolatier

Making and selling chocolate in Guadeloupe is the challenge Les Suprêmes takes up knowing that this product, loaded with history and struggles, is one of the most appreciated throughout the world. Marianne, a Swiss young women chocolate maker, arrived in Guadeloupe in 2008 to live as close as possible to her art. The discovery of the wonders of Caribbean nature has made her decide to settle there to produce chocolate and combine her know-how with the Caribbean tastes. She works with all the products offered by Guadeloupe: cocoa, coffee, fruit, roots, vegetables, flowers. All this work is part of the artisanal production chain highlighted during the presentations. You can discover the gourmet range: rocher with cassava flour, passion jam chocolate, coffee beans with chocolate…, the fine grocery range: salt with spices and cocoa chips, olive oil, cocoa syrup scented with cocoa syrup… and, of course, that of 35 chocolate tablets, the domino stuffed with country fruit and many other delicacies. Les Suprêmes has the ambition and the ability to make chocolate for all: children, adults, catering professionals, lovers of fine products. The range goes from gourmand to gourmet, from chocolate tablet to foie gras with cocoa. Today, this challenge is the source of the logo: " Swiss know-how with Caribbean tastes".
