In his quest for good chocolate on the island, Alan Napier decided to set up his own workshop, the only one in Dominica. With a background in chemistry and oenology, this enthusiast is a self-taught man. From roasting and drying to hulling and fermentation, everything is made here. From 100% cocoa to chocolate with salt, coconut or spices, there's something for everyone! Upstairs, accommodation for 3 people is available for rent (US$75). Alan speaks French.
