Welcomed at the entrance by an XXL statue of Ganesh, the famous Hindu god with an elephant's head, we are immediately telescoped to the country of a thousand scents, Sri Lanka! The room, with its original decoration, contributes to the change of scenery. As for the cuisine, it is simply divine: each dish is an invitation to travel, subtly blending spices and tradition. The biryani, curry, and tandoori are all delicious. The naans are cooked in large amphorae, straight from Asia. A great address!

Located on the RN5 between Le Moule and Saint-François, Indian Masala offers original Indo-Caribbean specialties, cooked by Pondicherry chefs in a real tandoor oven. In addition to grilled meats (chicken, lamb, sea bream, shrimp...), try a sandwich made with cheese naan, for an ultra-soft result. Rolls (vegetarian option available) are made with thin patties. These delights are available to take away (a few tables on site), so don't hesitate to order to avoid the wait.
