Sheltered by the pines, on the wooden terrace, Coco'Bat Carcans is the perfect place to treat yourself to a vitamin-packed breakfast or a post-surf comfort break! Here, everything is fresh, colorful and healthy. Opened in April 2021, this beachside canteen rolls out a menu as tempting as it is delicious: smoothie bowls, pressed fruit juices, açai bowls, detoxifying, antioxidant and energizing juices... Special mention goes to the Azure bowl, their signature recipe made with blue spirulina and passion fruit pulp. Many vegan and gluten-free options.

After the success of Chez Thérèse, an atypical restaurant located in Saint-Michel, the team has taken on a new challenge: the Comptoir Thérèse, a neo-bistro and gourmet wine bar. You can have lunch and dinner with local dishes (oysters from the Basin, entrecote from the Capucins market...), without forgetting to accompany them with some good wines. At aperitif time, we share boards and spreads, which can be taken away since the place is also a canning and delicatessen store. And every first wednesday of the month, we enjoy a tasting evening with animation.

Le Café Joyeux is a family of inclusive and supportive coffee shops, training and employing people with mental and cognitive disabilities in the kitchen and in service, with the aim of restoring their confidence. In 2020, the franchise set up shop on rue Sainte-Colombe, in a beautiful space with a large sunny terrace. The welcome is warm and friendly. The menu includes hot drinks, fruit juices and pastries, as well as savoury tarts, croques, salads and hot dishes. A second address has since opened in Bord'eau Village.

A legendary brasserie on Place de la Fontaine Chaude! You couldn't find a better place in Dax to enjoy the city. From 8am to midnight, there's always someone on the terrace. That gentleman sipping his coffee while reading the paper, that lady taking a break and the tourists who come to quench their thirst and eat an ice cream. We eat here too. A passionate wine merchant, Charlotte Auboin selects lively, emotionally-charged wines, presenting the winemaker's work, world and intentions. Exclusively biodynamic, the wines always have a story to tell. C' du Vin is both a wine bar and a cellar! Private tastings with food and wine pairings can be organized. In summer, Charlotte opens all day Tuesday to Saturday until 11pm. New: lunchtime snacks from spring onwards.

This is the dance-floor, lounge bar and function room of the Casino de Pau. At the heart of this elegant establishment is the Dance Floor, a vibrant space dedicated to dance and music. Laurent Lacouture's L'Art Dit Vin is more than just a wine cellar; it's also a place for sharing and tasting. Our sommelier, who has a background in the hotel and restaurant business and worked for Trama at L'Aubergade (2 Michelin stars) in Puymirol, has created the concept of a wine bar in Biarritz. A fine selection of wines from France and around the world are served at the counter in a convivial atmosphere, as are the fine charcuterie platters on offer. A wonderful discovery.
