Since 1998, the Théâtre privé des Salinières has been entertaining the Bordelais in the heart of the old town. Nearly 25 years of history, 280 red seats, 30,000 spectators every year, some twenty plays per season... The Théâtre des Salinières is also a troupe of actors who regularly go on tour to present the greatest successful French comedies. During the school vacations, shows for children aged 4 to 12 are offered during the day: an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy themselves and share a passion for theater.

Located in the heart of Cenon's Palmer Park, the Rocher de Palmer opens its doors to world music and culture. Since October 2022, the Le Méliès cinema has offered 3 cinemas with 80 to 300 seats dedicated to the 7th art, located in the Foirail cultural center. This cinema, right in the center of Biarritz and a stone's throw from the Grande Plage, has been around since 1918! It has three screens, two small ones on the first floor and one large one upstairs, with capacities of 69, 96 and 286 seats respectively. The theaters are equipped with a modern digital sound system (Dolby Digital). Classified as an Art et Essai cinema, and also with the Europa Cinémas label, this perfectly updated structure has a fine cruising speed, with ciné-conférences. It was not until 1854 that the idea of creating a theater in Pau was first mooted. Closed in 1978 for safety reasons, it was reopened 11 years later by André Labarrère, who gave it a serious facelift, including the superb ceiling by^Mme Lacay-Burato. Atabal, with 700 seats, has been the Biarritz music scene for over 18 years. With around a hundred concerts a year, the eclectic program is effective, from metal to hip-hop to reggae. The Théâtre Quintaou continues to evolve in its programming and organization. Now a recognized arts venue, it has even become an original cultural institution in the heart of Anglet. With a 791-seat auditorium (adjustable to 400), a multi-purpose stage with a 14 m opening, 7 dressing rooms with showers, this living space also houses another area dedicated to creation, rehearsals, broadcasting and exhibitions. In 1990, the Théâtre du Port de la Lune was inaugurated. In 2003, major renovations were undertaken, adding two new halls and four rehearsal studios (each measuring 100 m²). In 2004, the theater was renamed Théâtre national de Bordeaux en Aquitaine (TnBA). Created in 1921, the Fémina enjoyed its first hours of glory as a cinema. The first major refurbishments took place in the 1970s: the facade and lobby were given a facelift, the seats were upholstered in red velvet... At the same time, the stage was extended, as were the dressing rooms and orchestra pit. The program is varied, with theater, comedy, music, dance... Lauga Côté Scène is a year-round program of popular shows, theater and music for everyone. The 2024 season remains in big-event mode, to the delight of young and old alike. Guignol Guérin has been entertaining children and their parents since 1853. It is the oldest family of puppeteer-guignolists in France, now in its sixth generation. Shows take place all year round in the Parc Bordelais, depending of course on the weather. To mark its ^170th anniversary, the Guignol Guérin will be exhibiting part of its puppet collection at the Hôtel Ragueneau in Bordeaux from September 15 to 25, 2023. It will also present its history and offer traditional and interactive shows for young and old alike.

"La Manoque" is a modern, spacious cultural complex open to hire for all kinds of events and functions. The venue comprises 2 halls. The first is ideal for shows, with 755 seats (up to 1200 standing) and a stage of almost 100m². The other, designed for seminars, wedding receptions, association meals and other events, seats 400 and includes a catering area. The open-air theater, with its 800-seat amphitheater seating, is the perfect venue for open-air events (concerts, film screenings).

A 400-seat venue with a documentation center, four rehearsal rooms, a recording studio and even an artists' residence, the Route du Son is the musical counterpart to the Bel Ordinaire. It is the Centre de Musiques Actuelles de la Communauté d'agglomération Pau Pyrénées.
