ÉCOLE DU CHAT LIBRE DE BORDEAUX
Read moreSince 1999, the École du Chat Libre de Bordeaux has been taking care of abandoned felines. This association, which is made up of volunteers only, has several missions: sterilizing stray cats, rehabilitating the less wild ones in foster families and offering tamed cats for adoption. You can help by making tax-deductible donations (the association has been recognised as being in the general interest since 2007), in money, equipment or food. Would you like to participate? Become a volunteer foster family by taking animals recovered from the street into your home. Every month, adoption days are organised: don't hesitate to consult their website for the dates.

POTRON MINET
Read moreThe association takes in stray or abandoned cats. It provides them with the affection and veterinary care they need to regain their confidence in humans and get back on their feet, then offers them up for adoption. Adopters are asked to make a small contribution to cover some of the costs involved. Some old or sick cats remain in Potron Minet's care. It is then possible to sponsor them. The association is non-profit-making and its members are volunteers, driven solely by their love of cats.
