History: Mauléon is the capital of the espadrilles, this authentic produced of the Basque country, entirely designed and made in a family business founded in 1977. La Maison Prodiso is run since the original Errecart by the family. Prodiso remains one of the last professional travelers espadrilles bent hand in France, in the historic cradle of the espadrilles. The know-how of the house is combined with the maintenance of the tradition of sandal maker and the creation of fashion.

Features: The Prodiso espadrilles are unique items, fruit traditional experience of the sandal maker, they are put at the last style, designed and made in a traditional way in a workshop in Mauléon, in the heart of the Basque country. All the amenities are bent by hand using natural, ecological and biodegradable materials such as jute, cotton and leather. The gestures of production precise and skilful for one are bent perfect. The models are exclusive.

Products: A range of espadrilles- size 23 to 47 for men, women and child- declined in 17 colours, plain or striped. Price direct sales.

History: A history of a family of four generations, that of the Tissages Moutet, a company created in 1913 by Jean-Baptiste Moutet, manufacturer of "pants ticking" for clothing, and of the famous "mantis à boeuf" clothes, which traditionally covered the horse's dog at work in order to protect them from insects.

In 1919, son Georges transformed the loom into mechanical weaving and mantis to beef became table linen. The success of these old-fashioned shoes has returned with a renewed interest in handmade and natural materials (jute soles, natural rubber...). In this boutique, you'll find the classic espadrille in cotton, plain or striped, the 1930 and a whole range of shoes for women, men and children. In this creative workshop, fragrant with the scent of leather, magical hands create a wide range of bags and small leather goods. In the Manufactoum workshop-boutique, Sandrine Bordenave, assisted by Christelle Oses and young journeymen, work with rare and exceptional leathers. Selected leathers are handcrafted on site and transformed into bags, belts, key-rings... From original models to more classic pieces, the creations. It's the Hermès universe that's in the air here, as Sandrine did her apprenticeship there.
