For adventure lovers, many outdoor activities are offered, on the trails (hiking, mountain biking), on the slopes (climbing, via ferrata), or even under our feet (speleology), or in the open field (archery).

On a 3 hectare site, Aqualudia offers 1800 m² of water and outdoor games in a beautiful green environment. In the 850 m² covered area, sports or activity pools, play pools and paddling pool, a water slide. For more relaxation, take advantage of the balneo and sauna, hammam, whirlpool and relaxation pool. The Nordic area of 600 m² outside is open all year round and accessible through a water corridor. It is completed by a space open from June to September where you will discover the pentagliss... with six lanes!

Discovering the Aveyron by water offers new views on the nature and the surrounding villages. On board a canoe or a paddle, there are different circuits from Saint-Antonin to Cazals, from Saint-Antonin to Penne, from Lexos to Penne, or a one-hour discovery on the spot. The descent of the Aveyron is accessible to all from 5 years old. As the possibility of the boat tipping over cannot be totally excluded, it is recommended to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition. At the end of the trip, a shuttle bus will take you back to Saint-Antonin.

For over 35 years, the Office des Sports de Montagne has been offering a wide range of activities to satisfy visitors' thirst for adventure. Forerunners in canyoning, they introduced the first all-inclusive packages for these activities. They also offer year-round outdoor activities such as via ferrata, water trekking in Spain, rafting on the Neste d'Aure, downhill scootering, paragliding, snowshoe trekking, and much more!

When the Quercy sun is at its zenith and the heat becomes unbearable, it is good to enjoy the coolness of the water. The beach in Montcuq is possible thanks to this bathing area supervised in summer. The 4,5 ha lake is a great asset ! Everything is planned so that the summer people have a good time on the white sand. A chalet restaurant, a picnic area with free access barbecue, and a playground complete the range of services. Lazing around, swimming, but also fishing and canoeing (without equipment rental) are possible.

If you are looking for adventure and three-dimensional nature, don't hesitate to come to Nature Escapade. You will be able to plan and book many outdoor activities for you, your family, friends and colleagues! Nature Escapade's first speciality is the rental of canoes and kayaks, from one to three seats, offering you routes on the Tarn, from seven to seventeen km depending on your wishes and your motivation. But you can also discover other activities, from via ferrata to mountain biking, via stand up paddle!

The plan d'eau de l'Uby is a huge 80-hectare lake for relaxation, with a fitness trail where you can enjoy fishing and rowing in a competitive channel all year round. In summer, bathing is supervised from the large sandy beach. You can go pedal boating, canoeing or paddle-boarding, and enjoy water games and an adventure park for the kids. There's also a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball and pétanque courts.

Ludina is a water park located in a one and a half hectare green area. Its position on the banks of the Petite Baïse river and at the gateway to the city is ideal. The park offers its visitors games and activities to entertain the whole family. First of all, there are the bubble pools, slides, hydromassage jets, pools and ponds for the little ones. There are also playgrounds and a beach volleyball court to keep you busy out of the water. Ludina is the ideal place to enjoy the Gers sun without suffering from the heat.

Covering an area of more than 50 hectares, the Trois Lacs leisure centre is a vast complex that combines holidays and pleasure, with swimming, water sports and walks on the agenda. The site benefits from three beautiful lakes and their banks fully developed. The base has undergone a major transformation in recent years to offer a wide range of services. Out of season, the beautiful lakes are available for beautiful walks and fishing.

2 km from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, this leisure center extends over a beautiful 7-hectare lake. You can practice water sports (canoe, kayak, pedal boat), sports activities (tennis, soccer, volleyball, ping-pong) and relaxation (mini-golf, fishing, petanque, swimming). Most of these activities are under the supervision of professionals and are subject to a fee. The lake of Gimont is a 2 hectare lake reserved for fishermen and walkers. You will find on its banks some leisure equipments like a swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also an area for camping cars where you can park by paying at the terminal. Not really developed, the lake is especially a small paradise for fishermen. You can catch roach, tench or pike-perch. It is also possible to fish in the rivers of Arrats and Gimone.

The team of 4 lifeguards of the community pool welcomes young and old in an environment that has received the Tourism & Handicap label. Various activities are programmed such as aqua-bike and aqua-tonic. Swimming lessons (individual or group) are given for all ages and a swimming certificate is offered. Copeyre canoeing is 120 km of descent on the Dordogne to discover its treasures. From Argentat to Beynac, you will navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Day trips, or hikes over several days, create your own route. Paddles or Giant Paddles (8 people max) available in Copeyre and Gluges. Free bus ride up. Only condition: to be able to swim alone 25 m. The Rand'Eau Loisirs base offers you the opportunity to discover the Tarn and Garonne valleys by bike, canoe, kayak, boat or stand-up paddle. Each activity is available for hire or with an instructor. Those who choose canoeing can try their hand at this sport on the Moissac waterway, or go for a hike. A shuttle bus can bring you there, depending on your choice of route. Two hours will be enough, for example, to cover the five kilometres that separate Moissac from Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave.

The loop of the Tarn: 11 km of inland waterways are now open to allow boat passage from Montech to Montauban. The return from Montauban to Moissac by the Tarn will be possible in a few years.

The Tarn: Nature river takes its source at Mont-Lozere. You can get off it by leaving the Canal from Garonne to Moissac to the water centre of Saint Nicholas de la Grave to make some sport on the lake and everything around: windsurfing, tennis… and discover the Island of Birds with its ornithological observatory.

It is arranged around a lake of 9 ha and benefits from an exceptional framework of calm of more than 30 ha. The proposed activities are numerous and varied, for young and old, under the supervision of dynamic and attentive supervisors. In this green area, a campsite offers 6 mobile homes and 26 pitches to enjoy this green stay.

The lake of Tasconis is a natural space of relaxation and leisure where you will be able to fish (maps available at the tobacconist's), picnic, camp on a natural area, play a game of petanque, play volleyball, go for a walk, and take advantage of the playground for the children. The lake is also the starting point for many horseback rides. A "guinguette" with a terrace on the lake is open every day from May to October. Be careful, swimming is forbidden!

The beauty and richness of this artificial lake can be discovered on the way to Grazac, on the heights of Rabastens. Enjoyed by walkers and picnickers alike, it is particularly attractive to anglers, who can catch trout, roach and tench in large numbers. Its bucolic setting gives it a very pretty appearance and offers a tranquil getaway just 3 km from the city. Although swimming is unfortunately prohibited, it's a great spot to relax in the shade of the vegetation and take a stroll.

Carla-Bayle, city of art, is a village attentive to its tourist activity. In order to fully satisfy the visitors and to diversify the activities, a lake of 15 ha was created years ago at the foot of the village. This 35-hectare lake, which has been converted into a leisure park, is the playground of many of the region's residents and tourists. Ideal for a dip in the heat, the Marciac swimming pool features a heated outdoor pool, a pool with a counter-current river, an umbrella waterfall, a geyser and massaging water jets. There's a paddling pool for toddlers, a slide for older children and, as the site is supervised, you can enjoy the solarium while the kids have fun. There's also a playground and snack bar.

In the heart of the village of Gondrin lies a pleasant leisure park whose main pool was designed by Le Nôtre. It has been transformed into a gigantic swimming pool for the enjoyment of local residents. The 4,500 m² pool is divided into several zones. An 11-metre waterslide, a wave ball, floating buoys and a paddling pool for toddlers provide the perfect setting for family fun. The 1.5-hectare park also features other activities, including sports fields.

Near the Fronton Sports Hall, the Verdure stream forms a small lake called Xeresa Lake. Forbidden for swimming, it has been fitted out for fishing and for relaxation, bordered by some picnic tables and games for children. Fishing enthusiasts are welcomed in the small fishing house, which provides silver trout on a second category course. A cool place for a lunch break.

It is at the foot of the castle of Najac, on the banks of the river Aveyron, that this municipal open air and heated swimming pool is located. You will also find a fishing course nearby. On the Aveyron and the Viaur, qualified instructors supervise the practice of various water sports: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, paddle and even mountain biking and electrically assisted bicycles, to be practiced along the rivers and on the surrounding slopes. They rent out or supervise groups and individuals in introductory or advanced sessions. The most enthusiastic can be tempted by excursions or multi-activity courses in the area.

The Departmental Orienteering Committee has set up several circuits in the vicinity of the Peyrebrune tower, designed as an introduction to orienteering. All you have to do is bring special maps and reach the markers along the routes, which are accessible to all. Maps are available on request from the Comité Départemental de la Course d'Orientation, the town hall of Villefranche and Alrance and the Pareloup-Lévézou tourist office in Pont-de-Salars.

Most of the little Aveyronnais have taken their first steps on the water in this centre which has a sailing school. You will discover in optimal conditions these nautical activities which will make you fully appreciate the lake. Thanks to its surface, and the wind which blows there, the lake lends itself, indeed, with the training and the practice of the catamaran, the windsurfing, the canoe... The CYVP is also a campground where you can stay close by and at a lower cost.

With its name - Beware of the Wolf! - this lake is one of the largest lakes in the south of the country with a surface area of over 1,200 hectares. Supervised beaches in summer, as well as numerous games and sports facilities, make for a busy day. Water sports activities are the main attraction (sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, canoeing, rowing, towed buoys, jet-skiing...), but mountain bikers and walkers, not forgetting fishermen, will appreciate this peaceful setting of lakes, pastures and forests between the valleys of the Tarn and the Aveyron.

Go along the water in a single or two-seater canoe, to discover a preserved nature. At the gates of Toulouse, three routes ranging from 5 to 15 km will be proposed to you. In autonomy, the boats are "sit on top", stable and perfect for family outings. In supervised descent, this activity is also adapted to people with reduced mobility (knowing how to swim). You will cross the Confluence Garonne Ariège Nature Reserve. Be sure to respect certain rules such as wearing a life jacket, or not landing on the islets.

Integrated into the landscape of Haut-Astarac and irrigated by the two arms of the Arrats, this 150-hectare lake is classified Natura 2000. In the lush Gers forest, the Base de Loisirs at Aignan is a pleasant surprise. Its sandy beach is almost reminiscent of the sea, and its lake invites refreshing swims in July and August.
