Three options are available to you: helicopter fishing in Andorran mountain lakes, fishing in two beautiful lakes in Montaut even the river path on Ariège. The stays are all inclusive: permits, accompaniment, food, lodging accommodation and, for the lakes of altitude, a small helicopter trip over the mountains. An altitude of 2500 m is set in a beautiful environment rich in 10 lakes populated with countless fish (30 to 50 cm). The first two are 3 minutes from the refuge. Salmon of fountains, farios trout are very present in all these lakes. On average, we fish between 20 and 30 salmonids per day, fly, lures and natural bait. 8 fish per stay can be kept in the chimney of the refuge. It takes about 8 hours to reach these wonderful sites, in an enchanting setting and… 10 mn by helicopter! From 1 July to end September: departure every day.

Since you are here, we invite you, before climbing, to visit the village and its episcopal castle: the whole one deserves a look. Are you ready? Then climb your car and go to Riols, where you will cross the intriguing statue-menhir. The less brave can stop there and take the path of return by joining the Saint-Affrique-Albi line, while the others will continue towards the pond of Chur, 4 kilometers later. These will then return to a good port by taking the shaded road of Black Wood, which will lead them to a remarkable point of view at the height of Sermet.

Starting from the cloister, you will slowly make your way towards the Saint-Pierre abbey church and the tympanum, then, before continuing to the Place des Récollets, make a detour to the former abbey palace. Then take successively the rue du Général-Gras, the rue des Arts and the rue Sainte-Catherine, without missing the beautiful Saint-Jacques church on the way.
Circuit de l'Observatoire aux oiseaux, à St Nicolas de la Grave
