Go along the water in a single or two-seater canoe, to discover a preserved nature. At the gates of Toulouse, three routes ranging from 5 to 15 km will be proposed to you. In autonomy, the boats are "sit on top", stable and perfect for family outings. In supervised descent, this activity is also adapted to people with reduced mobility (knowing how to swim). You will cross the Confluence Garonne Ariège Nature Reserve. Be sure to respect certain rules such as wearing a life jacket, or not landing on the islets.

Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc is home to the "2 JOURS DE MONTCUQ" equestrian endurance competition. This legendary race on the CEI*** calendar is a not-to-be-missed event for equestrian enthusiasts. With 200 kilometers to cover over 2 days and 2000 meters of accumulated ascent, the Montcuq event is reputed to be one of the most demanding. Participants will have the opportunity to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Quercy Blanc region while testing their equestrian skills. For those wishing to attend the competition, accommodation and restaurants are available in the town.

Equizones is located in a superb site. This riding school offers personalised courses and lessons and claims to be a light-hearted riding school, under the leadership of Sandra, the manager, who holds a BEES 1, an ATE and a BAFA. If jumping and dressage are the two main disciplines, the centre also offers 2-hour, half-day or full-day rides in the Regional Natural Park of the Ariege Pyrenees. The school offers many services. The Comité Départemental de Tourisme Equestre Ariège (CDTE 09) is an equestrian tourism center based in Foix, Ariège. It works in partnership with the Conseil Général to develop equestrian itineraries in the region. The CDTE provides information on itineraries, local and regional events, and facilities for outdoor riders. The CDTE website is regularly updated and offers a wealth of information for horseback riders. The CDTE's head office has been transferred to the tourist development agency, enabling close collaboration with other tourism players. A leisure activity that's all about nature! Perfect for families, the all-terrain scooter offers a unique way to discover the mountains. You'll set off above the resort of Peyragudes, climbing 600 meters. Once up there, you'll find a variety of itineraries of varying degrees of difficulty, before embarking on a spectacular 10-kilometer descent to Loudenvielle. In between seasons, it's not uncommon to spot hinds and deer roaming the forest.

This disused former railroad line, inaugurated in 1893, has been converted into a 33-kilometer greenway. Hikers, horse riders, cyclists and joggers can enjoy the route, alone or with the family, in complete safety and close to nature, far from cars and asphalt. Condom is the starting point, with a 21 km link to Lagraulet-du-Gers. Cazeneuve is 8 km from Eauze. This bucolic route is within easy reach of major tourist sites such as Larressingle, Mouchan, the hamlet of Vopillon and Montréal-du-Gers.

Two tours in one! At the beginning of Brie, this divisible course in two parts pace up the area surrounding the town and the valley of Lavra. The first loop leaves south in a wooded area, while the second, in the east, climbs to the slopes of Terrefort, offering on the way an excellent views of the Pyrenees (at least weather permitting). If 8 km are too long walk for you, choose à la carte, the option that suits you best!

At the beginning of Saint-Félix-de-Rieutord, it takes you to the hilly landscape of the "massif. So prepare yourself to face some climbs. the cross of the Cross and the Col Pass are perhaps the most fearsome, but you will be rewarded with beautiful panoramas on the Pyrenees, and of course the ensuing raids!

The Escalade climbing site is one of the most well-known and experienced in the French Pyrenees. It is located in four limestone sites around the municipalities of Bédeilhac, Surba and Rabbat. It offers beginner climbers as well as the pleasure of moving on to varied walls of difficulty. All are equipped with good quality equipment, with studs or seals.

The largest Calamès site has 220 tracks, from 3 c to 8 b +: It lends itself both to initiation and to climbing. Exposed to the south, it enjoys a pleasant ensolleillement; but mistrust in case of heavy heat, because only the area of the caves is shaded.

This is the circuit No. 10 of the ATV trails developed by the tourist office of Saint-Affricain, and it starts from Saint-Izaire. Since you are here, we invite you, before climbing, to visit the village and its episcopal castle: the whole one deserves a look. Are you ready? Then climb your car and go to Riols, where you will cross the intriguing statue-menhir. The less brave can stop there and take the path of return by joining the Saint-Affrique-Albi line, while the others will continue towards the pond of Chur, 4 kilometers later. These will then return to a good port by taking the shaded road of Black Wood, which will lead them to a remarkable point of view at the height of Sermet.

Departure in Versols-et-Lapeyre for this mountain biking route, the eighth circuit developed by the tourist office of Saint-Affricain. Before climbing, a visit of Versols is necessary to immerse you with the charm of this fortified village and to discover its castle. Your itinerary will then take you on both sides of the Verzolet Creek, which will accompany you all along. Easy to access and low uneven (130 metres), it presents itself as a good option for a family outing.

On this easy walk through the heart of the town, you will quickly understand why stone and art are the emblems of Moissac. Starting from the cloister, you will slowly make your way towards the Saint-Pierre abbey church and the tympanum, then, before continuing to the Place des Récollets, make a detour to the former abbey palace. Then take successively the rue du Général-Gras, the rue des Arts and the rue Sainte-Catherine, without missing the beautiful Saint-Jacques church on the way.

On foot or by bike, go to Boudou for this outing to the birds. From the bridge of Coudol you are quickly heading to the leisure base of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, from which you will enjoy a privileged point of view on the same name, formed by the confluence of the Tarn and the Garonne. If the place is ideal for the practice of nautical activities, it is also a large ornithological reserve, recognized for the diversity of bird species that inhabit it. The observatory is a little further away; to reach it, you will have to walk along the banks of the Garonne over two kilometres. Then continue to the village of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, before you go back.
