Les Restaurants du Coeur offers both food aid (Heart Restaurants and Restaurants Baby), distributed in Arras and in the surrounding municipalities of Artois-Ternois, assistance for professional integration and housing, and solidarity actions (for example, holidays). The organisation of the Restaurants was modified in early 2012. With its 4000 m 2 warehouse, the new Dainville site manages the supply of the 36 Artois-Ternois distribution centers. In Arras, the two centres (which also make Baby Restaurants) are located in rue Jean-Jaurès and rue Péguy. As for the centre of Beaurains, it deals with professional integration and housing. The Restaurants of Arras are more than 500 volunteers and a million meals served.

Born in 1945, the Popular Relief is a non-profit association declared a major national cause. It is entitled to receive donations, bequests and donations. The association has undertaken to act against poverty and exclusion in France and the world. It brings together people of all opinions, conditions and origins that wish to promote solidarity. La Tente des Glaneurs is a wonderful solidarity adventure, a human and solidarity-based initiative in Lille initiated by Jean-Loup Lemaire, nicknamed the "Coluche of the North", in 2010. Every Sunday, the association and its volunteers collect unsold goods from shopkeepers at the famous Wazemmes market and redistribute them to people in need of food. The operation is carried out in good spirits and with dignity. The "Glaneurs" have a stand where they sort and display fruit, vegetables, canned goods, coffee and even flowers. At the end of the market, people line up and the produce is distributed free of charge and fairly according to household composition. No proof of income is required. It's all about sharing and trust. All this while avoiding food waste. The association is catching on and expanding to several other towns in France. It has received numerous awards, and we applaud the initiative!

Solidarity, respect, sharing: these are the values of the Ta1ami association. Its mission? To inspire a quiet revolution in the way we look at loneliness and support people in need. Here, you don't visit a lonely person, but a friend. Reading, chatting, sports or cultural outings... volunteers and the people they accompany share some wonderful moments. We work in retirement homes, hospitals, clinics and other social establishments, and even in people's own homes. The diversity of the association's members creates a real social mix, offering genuine moments of sharing and mutual enrichment.

Since 1989, the association "Welcome 9 of Heart" gives itself for the mission insertion of people in difficulty and risk of exclusion of the company, for restoration of their right to independence and a life worthy citizen. Today, "Welcome 9 of heart and" is a social rehabilitation lodging house of 78 places for everyone, but also a temporary visitor center with a capacity of 8 seats, dedicated to the reception in emergency (including women marital victims of violence).

83% of homeless people suffer from rejection by passers-by, while 94% of citizens would like to take action but do not know how. This is where La Cloche comes in, helping to change mentalities and recreate social bonds. Its action programmes are numerous: Le Carillon (a network of shopkeepers and residents working in solidarity), Les Clochettes (creating links through urban beautification projects), La Cloche à Biscuits (a biscuit factory offering a professional activity adapted to homeless people), activities (choirs, cooking workshops), media giving a voice to homeless people, training and awareness-raising workshops.

Created in 1992 and 1996, the A.I.D.A.F.A. and the AIDAVIE merged and, in June 2011, took the name Aidartois. This association of people services aims to create jobs for home aid: household, ironing, racing, homework assistance and school support, presence with an elderly, disabled or dependent person, child care. It covers the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region and counts as partners, among others, the General Council, pension funds and mutual funds. Aidartois is: 10 volunteers, 9 coaching staff and nearly employees involved.

In the private park, there are people with low resources and difficulty accessing housing.

Amnesty International is a global movement made up of volunteers who work towards respect for human rights and choose, by solidarity, to devote part of their energy and time to defending victims of human rights violations.

Since 1957, the Sauvegarde du Nord has been helping the most disadvantaged. Today, it groups 86 services, 170 volunteers and welcomes more than 80,000 people. Its main areas of intervention are addiction, disability, child protection, health and social inclusion. Its vocation is to fight against all forms of exclusion, to give the youngest people the means to build themselves and become actors in their lives, to fight against dropping out of school, to support the return to employment but also to organise major prevention campaigns throughout the region, particularly in the field of addiction and sexuality. The Safeguarding of the North is a major player in solidarity.

Eden 62 is a mixed syndicate in which elected officials from the Departmental Council and local authorities are equally represented. Nearly 130 agents work daily to protect endangered species,develop natural areas and raise public awareness through more than 200 free events per year.
