Solidary, cultural and civic-minded, that's how its initiators describe it. Le Rat Perché aims to provide access to culture for all: concerts, discussion forums, debates, courses, etc. The menu is entirely organic: local beers, a selection of teas, other original local drinks including a completely transparent cola drink...
