At the heart of Romanèche-Thorins for over 130 years, Maison Jacoulot is renowned for the quality of its marcs and fines de Bourgogne. Today at the head of the company, the Vançon family perpetuates its know-how, producing over 120,000 bottles each year by hand. You can visit the cellar, admire the oak barrels and taste the surprising liqueurs. In early 2024, Cavistes & Co magazine named its peppermint liqueur "Liqueur of the Year 2023".

The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

Gourmandes mist is a sign of brandy and spirits in embrun. A unique collection and original in 2012 created by Philippe Vançon and Jean-David Camus, combines two creative, gourmet and factory. The alcohol selection is of great quality, including the mark of Burgundy, cognac, pastis, the poire Williams, kirsch, rum and whisky, and it is air-conditioned with bottles of 30 or 100 ml with a spray which can relax in the product microscopic droplets - less than 0.2 ml of alcohol by pressure - to boost the flavour of the alcohol pulverized on a savoury or sweet without really bring degré there. What to wake up some dishes and add the finishing touch to them that will delight experienced gourmets. Gourmet mist offers some applications including the spray rum of Martinique to notes fruity and spicy on a chiffonnade serrano ham, and melon, accras cod or that of a mark of Burgundy on pike quenelles, risotto with seafood. But why not transformed a pancake with sugar under a cognac spray or cappuccino with a whisky veil?

Bar and cellar in one, here you have everything you need to taste before you buy! There's a vast choice of beers, wines, rums and whiskies. From Burgundy, France and Navarre! At the bar, you're sure to nibble on local cheeses and charcuterie to accompany a Clamecy beer or an Irancy red. On the entertainment front, V & B regularly organizes themed events and concerts. Very popular for afterworks. Only one regret, on the cellar side: prices are a little high and there's not enough choice of entry-level wines..

La Cave de Bourgogne has all the hallmarks of a Caviste, but first and foremost you're visiting a winegrower from Meursault, the family-run Domaine Boyer-Gontard, which set up store in Seurre in 2009. At La Cave de Bourgogne, you'll find only wines from small producers, with priority given to those from Domaine Boyer. Discover 50 local references: Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Monthélie, Savigny les Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin. La Cave also offers a fine selection of rums, beers and whiskies, and can help you find the perfect gift box.

In 2014, Charles-Guillaume and Blandine Simon took over this wine merchant's house to create an artisanal distillery in a completely renovated space. The idea is simple: to produce exceptional spirits combining tradition and modernity. L'Ô DE JŌ (London Dry Gin), L'Ô D'ICY (grape or wine brandies), B-A-R JŌ (pastis), liqueurs, with a still all in sparkling copper to heat marcs whose distillate is aged according to original recipes.

At her farm in the hamlet of Les Brûleries in Saint-Aubin-Châteauneuf, Pascale will be delighted to welcome you (by appointment) to taste her aperitifs, all made on the premises from local fruit. It's hard to resist quince or apple ratafias. Or even the various aperitifs with different and sometimes surprising tastes. Do you like orange peel or walnuts? Raspberry or elderflower? You're sure to find what you're looking for! And don't hesitate to try the intriguing wild thorn... Homemade jams are also available.

Laura invites you on a journey of the senses as she concocts her own rhums arrangés. Flambéed banana, mango, vanilla, tarte tatin or lemon verbena, the varieties are numerous and 100% pure fruit. In fact, no flavoring is ever added. Laura uses an agricultural rum from Martinique, flavored with fresh sugar cane, to which she adds fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, often dried and prepared in their country of origin. Don't hesitate to sample (in moderation!) her delicious creations. You'll find them in her boutique.
