The experience begins with participants being fully equipped with neoprene wetsuit, socks, jacket, lifejacket and helmet. Once ready, they head for the starting point, some 20 minutes away, to admire the Morvan countryside. Instructor Aurélien reminds them of the safety instructions before setting off on the Chalaux. Along the way, he shares his passion for nature, detailing the flora and fauna of the Morvan. Participants can also try their hand at the sensational washing machine test. The descent continues with category 3 or 4 rapids, requiring a good hold on the rope. After an hour and a half's descent, Noémie welcomes participants back to dry land with tea and coffee.
