From baby gymnastics to competition, Alliance Dijon Gym 21 has been coaching and training gymnasts since 2004. In fact, Dijon is home to France's leading women's artistic gymnastics club, and not the least! No fewer than 650 members take part in competitions and activities at all levels. So don't hesitate to join them and take up gymnastics for yourselves, because even if rigor is the order of the day, the atmosphere is convivial and family-oriented. Throughout the year, ADG 21 organizes a wide range of activities, including early childhood gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and voluntary gymnastics at various sites, as well as a number of occasional workshops where you can try your hand at pirouettes with your girlfriends. At 130 ha, Lac de Panthier is the largest feeder lake for the Burgundy Canal in the Auxois region. Enjoying the rolling Auxois countryside, at the foot of the medieval fortress of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, its banks are home to a 4-star campsite. On offer: walking and cycling tours of the lake, canoe hire, fishing, sandy beach and supervised swimming. There's also a sailing center with windsurf and catamaran rentals. Further afield, the Tour des Lacs de l'Auxois hiking circuit offers 160 km of marked trails from lake to lake.

Located in the basement of the Maison des associations, at the entrance to Dijon near the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, Kelle Fabrik is much more than a fablab. It's a collaborative space where sharing and initiative reign supreme. Open to all, the workshop offers access to a wide range of machines and tools: sewing machines, 3D scanners, soldering irons, computers and more. With regular workshops and courses for all levels, Kelle Fabrik encourages creativity and entrepreneurship, whether for ambitious projects or just for fun.

Jean-Marc Boivin made his debut on these cliffs. A site of national interest, classified as an adventure site, the routes are equipped, they require attention and experience that cannot be learned on a climbing wall. So be careful, have a great time at Cormot! More than 150 routes from 25 to 45 meters high, from 4b to 7c+ levels are waiting for you, a 50 meters route of 8b+ level in Baderne (Vauchignon). On the edge of the city centre, the Etang des Prés de la Ville is a very pleasant body of water whose tour extends over 1.03 km. In all seasons, the path around the pond is ideal for beautiful walks. Fishermen can also put down their rods and wait for it to bite. In July and August, swimming is supervised, so enjoy! Tables will welcome your picnics with family or friends in a bucolic setting. Note that the municipal campsite is next to the pond.

2 hours from Paris, on the edge of the Yonne, the Domaine de l'Espérance stretches over more than 70 hectares of countryside. Between fields and forests, it is the ideal place to welcome little riders from 5 to 17 years old for a sporty and picturesque stay. A choice of horse and pony holidays, Equit' Adventure to discover Burgundy's castles, medieval discovery classes, a sensational stay for geeks, and finally a stay all in English where the Far West invites itself to Burgundy! Many people go for a walk at the Niffond pond. For years, it has been a family outing not to be missed! A pleasant botanical path, a few hundred meters long, allows walkers to find in a small space all the tree species present in the Bois de la Brosse and the Bertranges forest. In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, state-qualified instructors are at your disposal to offer you outdoor activities and adventure sports. Neighbours of the Nivernais canal and participating in its feeding, these two artificial bodies of water extend over 275 ha and include an ornithological reserve rich in waterfowl species. The departmental base of Baye allows you to practice various activities. Sailing is privileged, for initiation as well as for improvement, with a school having the approval of the French Sailing School. You can also practice triak, a sail adapted for disabled people (handivoile).

A small club. With its 12 members, we would even go so far as to say family. There are no professionals, but many trips are organised throughout France, the Yonne, the Côte d'Or, Jura, Doubs, Lot, Gard, Ardèche, Hérault and obviously the Nièvre. Just a few steps from Nevers, the Bays area is a wild wilderness. Two 30-minute loops have been built, partially on pilgrimages, to observe the fauna and flora without disturbing them. Designed for family walks, these trails are guided by Lépido the butterfly and Robin robin (a bird type). Panel panel, they will help you find out in this mysterious nature and advise you on the best ways to observe other animals.

From Bazolles, a bike ride will lead you to some architectural curiosities. The first are the Collancelle vaults. Built to cross the mountain instead of going around it, they are now decorated by intense vegetation and let barges, cyclists and hikers pass through. A few kilometers further on, you will find the Sardy scale, a succession of sixteen locks. This itinerary is part of the Nivernais Canal cycle route.

If you wish to discover the AOC Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé and Coteaux du Giennois, then take advantage of the "It's Wine Time" walks offered by the tourist office. These are regular events, which take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the summer (July, August and September). Let yourself slide on the waters of the last wild river that is the Loire. Aboard a 7-seater canoe, set off upstream or downstream from La Charité, for a half or full day, to discover the fauna and flora of the Loire. The track was approved as "national track" in 2014. This route of almost 9 km highlights the work of the painter Emmanuel de La Villéon (1848-1944). This spot is aimed at fans of downhill mountain biking or off-road wheelchair: go to the forest of Breuil Chenue in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, in the commune of Dun-les-Places, and hurtle down the slopes in search of thrills over nearly 1.4 km! The spot is official and the practice is totally free and free. Come with your equipment and let yourself be exhilarated by the original discovery of this protected natural area.

A fleet of 13 velorails is at your disposal to travel the 13 km (round trip) of this old railroad line going from Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire to Sancerre. It is one of the most spectacular because it allows you to cross three bridges: a bridge of 856 m on the Loire, a bridge on the lateral canal to the Loire, and a 40 m high viaduct dominating the golf of Sancerre. Located at the southern tip of the La Pierre-qui-Vire massif, the Rocher du Chien is a climbing site well known to sportsmen and women. On granite routes from 10 to 30 metres high, this natural site offers a choice of cliffs for beginners and experienced climbers. A spot benefiting from a quality rock providing a pleasant climbing which will give you a breathtaking view of the beautiful landscapes of the Morvan. On 15   km, this trip will bring you to discover the washing and ancient habitat of the commune, rich testimony of the past, as well as one of its finest particularities  : a multitude of varieties of orchids scattered here and there on the limestones that surround the village. The canoeing club offers free or supervised sessions to go down the Loire or the Aron river, especially from Saint-Hilaire-Fontaine or Cercy-la-Tour. For individuals as well as groups, the descents are done on a half-day, full-day or multi-day basis. What could be more pleasant than spending the day on the shores of Lake Settons frolicking in the water? This is what you can do with your family or friends at the Aquapark: a gigantic inflatable structure dressed in yellow and blue, floating on the calm waters of the lake, awaits you for endless obstacle courses. Equipped with life jackets to be on the safe side, you will be able to take on the slides, climbing walls and other giant trampolines for hours of fun!

Located on the edge of the lake, in a verdant setting, the Centre nautique d'Autun is equipped with two indoor pools (one of which is 25 meters long), a 50-meter outdoor pool and a relaxation area (since the energy crisis, the hammam and sauna have unfortunately remained closed). Thanks to these playful facilities, the general public is invited to work out and relax. A vast lawn is available for sunbathing on sunny days. The Office de Tourisme d'Autun et du Grand Autunois Morvan is a friendly place where visitors can obtain information on activities, accommodation, restaurants and entertainment in the region. Tourist Office staff are on hand to help visitors organize their stay, and there's also a store where you can buy local products such as honey, jam, cervoise and wines. The Tourist Office also offers activities throughout the year, such as the Autun monster hunt or the search for the Stone of Knowledge. You can also take part in storytelling walks to discover the history and legends of the region. For fans of new technologies, the Tourist Office also offers audio-guided tours via a mobile application called Wivisites, which lets you discover the region's cultural heritage.

The old park aux biches (because before they were), is to be the paradise of small... They jump, go and shout in the play area for them and then in the courtyard, it is better to avoid the time of the afternoon snack to find serenity! You can laze (beware of droppings dogs!), picnicking, or gambol to perfection on the lawns, between duck pond, large hen house and beautiful aviary. Happiness is not only in the meadow, but also on the garden side (botanical). Some renovation and cleaning and here it is the ready to accommodate children, for which the ducks are favourite attraction. In this extraordinary garden several environments are presented: water, the vineyard and vegetation for the côte chalonnaise, granite Morvan: the pine forest and its undergrowth and Provence, with its perennials and its rocks.
