The grapes are harvested by hand by a team of grape-pickers who have been loyal to the job for decades. Their winemaking method (no malolactic fermentation) ensures good balance and aromatic expression in the 5 wines in their range. A particular favorite is Cuvée Léa, made exclusively from Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels.
