The producers cultivate their land, raise their livestock and make their cheeses, and have joined forces to offer you their products direct, in an attractive store on the outskirts of Sarrebourg. On the shelves: fruit and vegetables, flour and pasta, cheeses, meat, bread and an excellent Lorraine salt with organic camelina, wines, brandies, jams and delicious ice creams...

Since setting up in 2018, this producer of strawberries and raspberries, apples and pears, but also mushrooms, this young market gardener has planted nearly 6,000 fruit trees, the most numerous being apple trees selected from several varieties. A producer with the Moselle Quality label.

This 35^m2 guest room is designed with environmentally friendly materials (hemp, wood and lime), in a 17th century winegrower's house surrounded by an organic garden. Peony-coloured, the decoration is original and cheerful, with a view on the garden and, in the distance, the silhouette of the Vosges mountains. Organic cosmetics are available for guests, and it is possible to enjoy, upon reservation, the vegetarian and organic table d'hôte. And the most, this farm also offers gardening courses quite exciting!

The aquaponic farm is located in Chaumousey, at the edge of the lake of Bouzey. This unusual farm combines fish breeding and vegetable growing. The farm offers direct sales of its production: fruits and vegetables in season, but also eggs from free-range chickens and goldfish and koi carp for aquariums and ornamental ponds. There is also fertilizer for green plants. The farm organizes tours and training.

Nicolas Deom's market-garden farm, which has been organic since 2011, has opened its seasonal fruit and vegetable store to the public, which also features produce from other local farmers. There are preserves, wines and cheeses. In spring, strawberries and asparagus, then tomatoes, zucchinis and more in summer. In autumn, mirabelle plums. In December, Christmas trees, carrots, lamb's lettuce and squash. Nicolas Deom has also invested in a clever vending machine for fresh organic vegetables, installed in the farmyard. So practical!
