For a justice at the service of all, this device set up by the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms and the local authorities is a place of information for the general public: progress of the procedures at the industrial tribunal, family law, tenants' rights, civil disputes, French nationality, civil partnership, legal aid. Victims' aid associations, lawyers, rights advocates and court clerks are there to provide free information and advice.

The Federal Union of Consumers, the first consumerist movement in France, informs on the rights of consumers, the regulations in force and the evolution of the market. It represents them with the public authorities, is interested in the laws and new treaties that regulate trade. It also underlines and controls the quality of imported and exported products and tries to settle disputes between customers and professionals. It is a voluntary organization with weekly meetings. A useful actor to know more about what we buy.
