Welcome to the domain of this castle which dates from 1860. The view is superb, in keeping with the rest. The establishment has several accommodation solutions: rooms in traditional Bed & Breakfast, apartments for rent, cottages or independent houses. The rooms in the B&B area are sumptuous, with all the necessary comfort. On the first floor, the lounge and library are open to guests, as well as, of course, the breakfast room. As a family home, the castle is occupied all year round by the owners and their children.

Comfort, charm and good food have made this establishment a must in Fionnphort. Its four rooms are double, twin or family rooms and have a private bathroom for each one. The owners are very attentive and their breakfast is excellent. The veranda with a view of Iona is particularly pleasant, and one is happy to linger there. Picnic baskets can be ordered for day trips.

With a definite isolation in the middle of nature, this B&B attracts travellers in search of peace and quiet in six rooms, some of which are huge. Each has its own bathroom and basic but sufficient furnishings. The common rooms such as the veranda are pleasant and there is a honesty bar system where you pay yourself for what you consume. This excellent B&B located in a residential area on the heights of the village is of high quality. It is only 5 minutes walk from the port and its shops (including pubs and restaurants). With only two bedrooms, spacious and equipped with showers and/or baths, attention can be paid to the well-being of each guest. There is no lack of space and there is even a small sitting area with a table and two armchairs. Helen and Gordon are charming and smiling owners, who welcome their guests as friends.

As its name suggests, Harbour Guest House is located in front of the sea, a few steps away from the distillery and on the harbour. It is an old fisherman's house, coloured pale green. The six rooms are single, double or family rooms and offer a certain comfort, with bathrooms and careful decoration. The cosy and wooded layout is rather pleasant, as is the dining room. Guests, who have been living here since 2014, are helpful and available. They gladly share their passion for nature excursions and wildlife observation.

Look for a pink house towards the end of the harbour (exactly opposite the distillery) because there is no real sign to announce it. With only 30 beds, this small hostel fills up without too much delay in high season, especially as its location is ideal facing the sea, in the heart of Tobermory. There is a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and a small courtyard leading to the bedrooms upstairs. In addition to the dormitories, it is possible to book private rooms (double, triple, family...).

Craignure Bunkhouse Hostel is a small, modern and well-appointed hostel, with an appreciable interest in the environment, as it is eco-designed. The four dormitories have six or four beds and there is a pleasant common room with a stove and wood fire, where it is possible to eat in groups. The living room is pleasant, with a large library, board games and comfortable sofas. The establishment has the advantage of being open all year round.

A short distance from the pier, this well-equipped campsite offers an original offer. In addition to the classic pitches for tents, caravans and camper vans, you can opt for a shielding: a kind of large, permanently installed tent that is reminiscent of those in a military camp. It accommodates from one to six people, and some even have their own bathroom and a small basic kitchenette. Residents have access to shared showers and toilets and a common room. Rental cottages are also available.

The small hostel in Dervaig is simple but well equipped, with a four-bed dormitory and a six-bed dormitory. Both have their own shower and toilet and there is a shared kitchen and dining room. The value for money is attractive when you book an entire dormitory. It has all the usual amenities: lockers and outside storage (for bicycles or sports equipment), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room. It also has sports facilities, including a grass football pitch.
