At the time, it was a meeting place for contemporary writers. In its shelves you will find Henry Longfellow, Nathaniel Hawthorne and Charles Dickens. Today it is still a bookstore, which also sells souvenirs and postcards. Because of its historical aspect, the Old Corner Bookstore is one of the sites of the Freedom Trail.
