Founded in 1932, the Ben Jemaa café is an institution of the village. At the top of the streets, next to the mosque, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama from the terrace of the café. Kaouthar, the granddaughter of the founder, renovated her grandfather's café to make it a very pleasant address, nicely decorated with Berber carpets and colored cushions. You can appreciate the freshness of the stone when you arrive and then enjoy a Turkish coffee or a delicious almond tea. An excellent first step in your discovery of the Dahar!

We love this café on the side of the mountain. You will recognize it with the big stairs near a ruined ksar. The view on the village below and the valley is extraordinary (and even more at sunrise and sunset). Since 2012, Abdallah, the owner passionate about his region, welcomes you with a smile. La Belle Vue is in fact a tea room with terrace, a corner selling local products (figs, honey, etc..) and a store of superb carpets of Toujane, on sale from 40 DT. A restaurant is in project on the floor of the coffee.
