UNE FILLE ET DES QUILLES
Read moreLaurent and Jade have teamed up to open this new wine bar, very clean, with a slightly industrial style, with its large exposed pipes, concrete wall and raw wood cuts. The slate wall gives the place a more authentic character, especially since coins are cleverly stuck there (apparently, a tradition on the banks of the Loire: a falling piece is an alert because the ground is too loose). Speaking of floors, take a look in the middle of the room: a transparent slab allows you to see the cellar. And there are bottles, from all over the world, except for rosé, which is often the unloved wine bar! Our two bosses are fine connoisseurs, do not hesitate, therefore, to let themselves be advised, they master grape varieties and appellations at their fingertips.
LE Q DE BOUTEILLE
Read moreThe brainchild of Sébastien and Wendy from the restaurant L'Epine, and managed by Antoine and Benjamin, this dining bar offers a fine wine list (120 references) from a variety of regions, as well as a selection of beers. It's a welcoming place, and it doesn't take long to settle in for a toast over a platter of charcuterie and cheeses (from MOF Rodolphe Lemeunier). You can also opt for andouillette or beef tartare with beef fat fries. A friendly welcome and "good bowling" are a winning combo, and we love it!
BIBOVINO
Read moreA successful bet for Nicolas and Nadège! The two managers of this wine bar like no other have indeed chosen a change of career and region to embark on the Bibovino adventure. The concept? The sale of wines in cubes, and a small homemade restaurant. Hot toasts and big salads as well as generous aperitif boards accompany a nice selection of wines. On the menu, you will find reds, whites and rosés offered by the glass for a tasting at the table, with the couple's advice. A good way to make your choice before buying a cubi. For Nicolas, the cubi format can only be seductive: your 3 liters can be kept for several weeks after opening without being altered... so no more waste for your favorite wines!

From a third point of view, it is an art gallery that exhibits artists who change every three months, and finally the house offers five beautiful guest rooms with all modern comforts.
