The program includes three main races between dunes, forests and beach, a 21 km trail with 150 m D+, a 14 km loop with 100 m D+ and a 2 loop of 7 km accessible to all. 2 kids' races of 1 and 2 km complete the day. Read moreAs in 2022, a new edition of the National Laser 4000 (sailing race) will take place on September 14 and 15 on Plage des Dames. Over 2 days of competition, there will be no fewer than 25 boats, totalling some 80 people, including attendants and staff. The Laser 4000 is a modern dinghy named after the shipyard that created it, the Laser shipyard. With a length of 4.60 m, its planing hull and generous sail area make this dinghy a high-performance and particularly accessible skiff.
